cozy apartment, located 15 meters from Playa Chica and a few meters from Red Square and the bus stop. A few minutes from the beach and Hotel Medano. Located in a quiet family restaurants and very close to the building, walk Picacho, Red Square, shops and supermarkets.
It has Wifi and a terrace leading to a pedestrian walkway. Newly renovated, modern with all the amenities needed to enjoy the stay. It is a first floor.

Sehr zentrale und schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich. Zum Empfang stehen Obst, Wasser und Oliven bereit. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Föhn, Wasserkocher, Espresso-Kännchen, Mehrfachsteckdose, Waschmaschine, w-lan,….). Den Balkon konnten wir wegen des starken Windes leider nicht benutzen.

Ich war alleine, man könnte aber sicher auch zu dritt wohnen. Super: Lage: top zentral Sehr nette Vermieterin Einrichtung: schlicht aber alles da was man braucht, top WLAN Kleine Abzüge: Bar nebenan macht bis Mitternacht Musik, schlafen erschwert bis dahin. Dusche: der Boden der Dusche müsste dringend renoviert werden

Liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig, mit kleinem Balkon nur wenige Meter vom Hafen entfernt (aber trotzdem leider kein Meerblick). Super ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin sorgt auch dafür, dass man gleich zur Ankunft frisches Obst, Wasser und Seife/Shampoo vorfindet. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich ...
