Enjoy the lower level of this private lakefront home, with a private entrance, covered patio, Weber Grill and a private hot tub. Very private setting with lots of deer and other wildlife.

All on one level:
Great Room, Dining Area, Kitchen, Two Queen Bedrooms, 2 Baths with showers. Two sleeper sofas. TV has Amazon Firestick for guests to sign into personal streaming apps.

This home is located about a mile down a gravel/rocky road, not suitable for motorcycles and NO TRAILER(s) can be taken to this house or down Vista Shores Rd.

Located minutes from Lost Bridge North Marina. Boat Launches are available at Lost Bridge North Park, Lost Bridge South Park, Off Black Oak Drive in Lost Bridge Village or at the Ventris Boat Launch. There are walking trails at Lost Bridge North Park at 12485 Marina Road in Garfield.

Home is located about 30 minutes from (half-way between) Rogers
and Eureka Springs. Both places offer an exceptional experience of great food options, entertainment, and shopping.

A great view...

We live here year round but had some friends want to come visit. Hot tub and a decent home. Sheets in the master had "mystery" stains. Beds were so uncomfortable we slept on couches. Hot water worked in one of the bathrooms. Owners stated at us creepily while we tried to figure out what side of the driveway to park on because parking incorrectly gets you towed. Called the management company they were great and explained. That said great view of the lake and a nice hot tub.

Escape from town for a quiet night, hot tub soak and peaceful morning start.

Older house in the woods with lake view in short distance through trees. Interior is well maintained. Nice American Indian decor. Lots of books on the shelf! Has basics of pots pans, dish soap. Bring everything you need for food prep that is food/seasoning related/coffee. - the neighborhood has a lot of dramatic private property signs. No trespassing. Absolutely no turning around, no one. The neighbors seem crotchety but I didn’t come down to interact with neighbors or anyone. Minding our own business and not being loud we weren’t a problem. Beautiful trees in the fall. Aprox 30 mins from downtown Bentonville. We mnt biked lots of trails in town

Peaceful Vacation

The overall vacation was great. The only thing I could say was bad is the walk to the water was very difficult, Especially walking back up to the house. But other than that it was great!

Quiet relaxing stay

Wife and I had a good stay at this property. It was well kept up and provided us everything we needed for our stay. Only complaints would be the hot tub being cold when we got there, would be nice if someone went to turn it on the day before or something. Also, the owners ended up showing up and staying in the upstairs area during our stay. It wasn't a big deal and they were not intrusive at all, but VRBO does state that their policy is that nobody else should be in the property during the guests stay. Just something to be mindful of. Overall, nothing would keep me from recommending this place as a little getaway. Thanks!

Allison was fantastic and responded quickly to getting heat to us after a very 1st cold night.

Overall we had a wonderful time. After heat was restored we were very comfortable in the downstairs rental. The kids (and adults) enjoyed the hot tub. The property is very remote and parking was scary - especially 1st night in the dark. Pictures don't show how downhill the drive is with limited parking for 2 cars. I almost drove down the wrong side. In the dark its very hard to see drive. Even with that we would probably stay there again. Again, Allison was tremendous taking care of us!

Thank you for your review. HOG HEAVEN Lower Level is a very comfortable lower level apartment in this 2 level home. Part of the reason the view is so lovely is because this homes that sits up a hillside above Beaver Lake. With that said some driveways (like Hog Heaven) can be feel steeper, especially if your not use to them. One of many appeals for this home is the HOT TUB. So glad you enjoyed it. And we are always working with home owners to improve conditions. We do hope you come stay with us again at Hog Heaven or one of our other many properties. :)
