This efficiency home has many things to offer. This is a dry cabin with no electric. Bring your own water for drinking and cooking needs. Need a getaway to a place where nobody is around, the peace and serenity will mystify you and bring you back to what it was like in the pioneer days. Beautiful variety of pines and wildlife await, while you take it all in with beautiful sunsets! Rafting, helicopter rides, atving, , royal gorge train ride, mining store, and restaurants are 20 minutes away for your convenience! Bring your ATV's, kayaks, paddle boards, for you own personal enjoyment through some trails, and lakes that will take your breathe away! You also 1000s of acres of BLM land behind for amazing hikes to see someamazing rock croppings!
***Come see the fall foliage in September! With all the moisture we been getting amazing wild flowers throughout the area 😀

You have Westcliffe, Salida, and Canon City within 40 miles of you for your entertaining purposes if you choose to branch out for you dining pleasures! The Arkansas River is known as one of the best rafting and fishing rivers of Colorado! Sit back and relax with a cold one as you and your family will enjoy a peaceful setting!

***Please bring your own spring water for drinking. It is not suggested to drink the water even though I fill the tank with local city water standards. Their are usually a couple of gallons in the tiny home for you enjoyment but everyone's needs vary depending the the person.
