Beautifully remodeled this Champion 3 plan has the kitchen wall opened to the living room creating the great room concept. Fabulous rock stone fireplace with a recessed TV, tile floors throughout extending out to the golf course patio. Remote exterior awnings on both sides of golf course patios great option for sun or reduced sun. One of the few Champion 3's with an additional 3rd full bathroom and indoor laundry. Remodeled bathrooms with large walk-in showers modern fixtures, tiled baseboards, ceilings fans, recessed lighting, and shutters throughout! The HVAC system was replaced in 2020. Home of the original Bob Hope Classic now the AMX you can enjoy the shots from your patio! This 3 bedroom 3 full bath end unit condo is in a great location, great views and a fabulous remodeled home!

We have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All rooms have a king size bed.

We have everything you will need to have a wonderful relaxing vacation. The heated pool is a short two minute walk away.

Just lovely

I've never been as excited to leave a review! Everything about this home was perfect for us. Let's start with the location. Just what we wanted! On the Stadium course in PGA West. Nice outdoor space with automatic shades to help with the sun when needed. The kitchen had everything one could need, including spices, and cooking/baking needs. Nice dining and family room area, including seating at the bar. All 3 bedrooms/bathrooms worked perfectly for our party of 6. The beds were super comfy, which in my opinion, is the most important. Kesti is a great host and quickly responds to every message, from booking to check out. Don't think twice about this property, you will not be disappointed. Thank you for the best month of our year!

Nice location and view

We enjoyed our stay. The morning sunrises were so beautiful. The golf course view across the lake to the Stadium course hike number 11 was great. The owner was responsive.
