This one bedroom, one bath condo has pergo flooring throughout. The living room features a queen sized sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, faux fireplace, and sliding doors to the covered deck with an amazing lakefront view!
The bedroom features a king sized bed, sliding glass door to the private deck overlooking the water. The stacked washer dryer closet is built into the bedroom next to the hallway leading to the bathroom. The bathroom features a brand new raised vanity. The kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs. A separate bar area provides seating for 4. Located at Hawks Nest Condominiums near the Grand Glaize Bridge in a quiet cove. A completely covered private deck with patio furniture. The view from the deck is extraordinary! Bring your family and friends to the lake and ENJOY!!! We have other units in this complex, close to each other. Renting both would be ideal for large families or couples vacationing together. Want to be in the center of it all, on and off the water? Then you have found your vacation destination!

A wonderful weekend!

We stayed at this condo for my husband’s birthday weekend and had a great time! The property is in a good area with close proximity to plenty of fun spots. Everything was clean and well-stocked and the mattress was very comfy. Thanks for a great weekend! :)

The room itself was fine ,but both Friday and Saturday nites there was music Blasting so LOUD down below us that a person could not go to sleep. It went on for what seemed all night. I would think twice before renting in that area if I knew that was going to be going on again.If there was a way to find out I'd call and check.

Check in & out was super easy. The bed was amazing. The view was good. It needs to have ceiling fans/lights. It did have a box fan in the closet. Preferably access to the water. Needs a small dock for guests with no boat. There was not a beach nor any place clean to put your feet in the water. The condo was clean. It had laundry hookup. Only 1 extra trash bag.

Overall it was a great stay, very relaxing. Location was beautiful and the private dock was great to just throw some lines and and relax. Can’t wait to go back!
