The place was as advertised. There were a couple of spots that might’ve been cleaned a bit better, but overall it was a good place to stay. We enjoyed the hot tub, the outdoor seating areas and views, and the location.

Cabin is much smaller than it looked in online pictures and very overcrowded with too much furniture. One bedroom with full sized bed and bunk beds can barely be accessed with no room to move around. Patio is crumbling in placesand unsafe to walk on.

Overall, my family really enjoyed our stay. It is a great location to downtown and RMNP. We enjoyed the hot tub, although it may need some upkeep/maintenance as the jets were not very strong. House was cozy and the beds were comfy.

The cabin is so cute. The kitchen was very well stocked with pans, dishes and seasonings too. The activity shed is a great addition and the hot tub was wonderful 3 feet out of the back door. I wish the couches were a little more comfy and the master bed could use updating too, but overall, it was everything we were looking for for Christmas
