3 Bedroom Villa in Harbour Town Area, Newly Renovated, and Golf View. Gorgeous renovations in 2020 make this villa the right choice for you. As you enter, you are greeted with a two-story, open, and airy space. This open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is perfect for entertaining or relaxing with all the family. With windows all along the back of the property, you are invited to go outside and enjoy the breathtaking view of the golf course. Back inside, the round dining table for six offers breathtaking views and a perfect open flow with the high-end kitchen. All new appliances, a spacious island, and brand-new countertops, back splashes, and cabinets make this a kitchen you will want to prepare all your meals in while on vacation.

The villa offers three bedrooms for your enjoyment. The first, just off the entry, has a queen-size bed and an attached bath with a walk-in shower. The marble shower and floors offer a level of luxury not often seen in villas. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, including the master suite with a balcony overlooking the golf course. The hall landing separates the two rooms and offers a laundry center. The guest bedroom at the front of the property upstairs has an attached, fully renovated bathroom. Beautiful home in great location

Beautifully updated home right on the golf course near Harbor town. Thoroughly enjoyed the bike paths, making it easy to get around all of Sea Pines' gorgeous resort.

Beautiful property and getaway

This is a gorgeous property and beautifully decorated and located. The outside decks off the bedrooms (mossy) needed powerwashing which was a deterrent to use but we love the place!

Wonderful villa in central location

This was our fourth time staying on Sea Pines and we were so happy to find this gem. The house was spotless and perfectly located overlooking the 7th hole. We all enjoyed watching the golfers and would happily stay here again.

The house is updated, immaculately clean and on the golf course. The location is super with a short walk to harbor town and easy bike ride to the beach.

Spectacular

I was in Hilton Head with my tennis team for a tennis tournament. We have the luxury of living directly across from tennis courts where we were able to practice before our tournament. We were in walking distance of the courts where the tournament was being held. The house was the perfect layout. It was spotless and very inviting. We enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the golfers put on the 11th Green..

Great Location & Beautiful Property!

We all loved our stay here the house was beautiful. Tennis courts & swimming pool steps away. Harbour Town was a 10 minute walk away & amazing golf course views off the back patio. Enjoyed relaxing out there almost every day at all times of the day! We rode our bikes to the beach was about a 10-12 minute bike ride. Overall everyone from 11 to 70 loved our stay here!

Wonderful Accommodations - Very High-End

This condo was beautiful online, during the booking process…but it was even nicer upon check-in. The location was fantastic - in a quieter location of a cluster of condos. Our “backyard” was a green of the Harbor Town Golf Course - it was fun sitting on the deck, watching golfers hitting their approach shots and then putting out. The condo itself was spotless…spacious…well-appointed…and the management reached out to us several times to make sure our visit was going according to plan. Stay here - you will not be disappointed. I’ve been to HHI for over 30+ years - this is one of the nicest homes I’ve ever rented. (A short walk to Harbor Town, as well!)

Friend getaway

Perfect location for three friends. We each had our own space and bathroom, the house was lovely and we enjoyed watching the golfers and various wildlife out on the deck. Would stay here again! Owners provided a great packet of laundry soap, dish soap, etc. as well as individual toiletries in each bathroom. Kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and dishes, even a wonderful wine fridge, the only minor thing missing was salt/pepper, it would be nice to have that very basic staple but it was an easy fix at the local dollar store. :) Thank you!

We’ve stayed at several different homes over the years and we loved the location of the Racquet Club. This villa was a 1 minute walk to the club pool and a short bike ride (under 10 minutes) to Harbor Town. The unit was beautifully decorated (pictures give an accurate description) and well appointed, and the property management company was very responsive, helpful and friendly. Our family of 3 adults, 3 kids did not feel crowded. The back patio has a beautiful view of the golf course, and bird feeders that get a lot of action! And there is no standing water/marshy area in the back. If I had to make a suggestion for improvement: the unit comes with a credit towards VayKlife rentals - which is great - we chose to get bikes for our family and the bikes had some issues (seats that were tilted upwards and a flat tire, plus the kids helmets didn’t fit and you can’t exchange them for a larger size unless you do so before you arrive). This was not a huge issue, and they resolved the bike issues within a day each time. Overall it was a great vacation, beautiful rental property, and I’d definitely come back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the property is very nicely decorated. It was very well equipped with dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc. The beds were comfortable, and everything worked appropriately. The views from inside the condo were amazing! We were very entertained with the golfers coming through every 15 mins. I would make a few recommendations: 1) the key/code to the tennis courts was not provided in the check in package nor was it stored anywhere in the condo- so please make sure you either ask or have the mngt company add it somewhere. 2) the cleanliness needs to be improved! I complained to the management company about it- there were hairs that were not ours all over the bathrooms (including pubic hair in the laundry shelves), we found a live palmetto bug in the bedroom downstairs and the kitchen needed to be cleaned- the hood was super greasy, and the oven was also very dirty from the inside. If a deep clean isn't done every 2 months or so, it needs to be part of the routine. I was very disappointed because you pay a good amount of money for cleaning and it felt like the crew was sloppy and had not a terrible job and had not been supervised.

Everything here is better than advertised, We have checked into some really nice places in the past only to find that the furniture and beds are not very comfortable. NOT THE CASE HERE! Everything is top quality and very comfortable. The renovation they did on this home was top-notch. We also really enjoyed watching people play golf right off the deck. The only minor complaints would be that there is no Keurig and the floors were not very clean - pretty typical when doing a one day turn around in the middle of peak season so not the end of the world. Highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again.

Very Pleased

We were in Sea Pines on a work trip and I book this rental for my boss, coworker and I to stay in while in town. Upon arrival, my boss and coworker went on and on about how impressed they were with the cleanliness and overall appearance of the house. I would highly recommend!
