Welcome to Sea Pines! This 3000 sqf home was completely gutted and renovated in 2018 with the intention of making this a this a dream home away from home where you can relax and entertain friends and family! I take great pride in sharing my love of Sea Pines with others and have managed rental property for over 20 years. My goal is to create a modern inviting home with all the amenities so you can create amazing memories with your family and friends.

The layout features an open floor plan for entertaining yet privacy for guests. All bedrooms have en-suite baths. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level and 2 upstairs. Panoramic views can be enjoyed in the master bedroom, the great room, the dining area and kitchen. The house features a 3 level deck - perfect for entertaining and enjoying the outdoors. The brand new kitchen expands the entire side of the house with a huge island that seats 8, farm sink, all new Jenn Air appliances.

The home is conveniently located for that perfect vacation get-away in world renowned Sea Pines Resort. A short bike ride (one mile) takes you to Harbor Town Golf Links, the Harbour Town Yacht Club, or the brand new Sea Pines Beach Club (two miles away). This allows visitors to be near it all yet be able to retreat back to a quiet private neighborhood home to relax.

I take great pride in ensuring that our guests fully enjoy their stay. There is nothing worse than renting a vacation home and being disappointed. I use VRBO when I vacation so I truly understand the importance of making a good impression and exceeding expectations.

Great-Again

This was our second year at this property. It has a view off the back deck that is incomparable. The great room blends into the dining room/kitchen with a large counter that seats 8 comfortably. The bedrooms are large and attractive. Everything is very clean and well maintained. We will be back next year!

Fantastic View

This house and the view it offers are beautiful! The second we walked through the door we were blown away. The layout of the house was perfect for our family with the kids upstairs and adults downstairs. The kitchen is decently stocked and the owner profides most of your basic needs for the week. The house very clean minus one issue with the over which was quickly resolved by the property manager. We would definitely return if vacationing in Hilton Head again.

Simply Perfect

The property is beautiful. The location is so convenient. The home was perfect. We felt blessed to have been able to secure this home for the dates we needed, and we sure hope to again. This will be a repeat location for us, for sure.

We are the Gugle family from Waxhaw, North Carolina, which is located close to Charlotte. We I have four children, ages ranging from 17 to 12 years old and they all love Hilton Head!

Why they chose this property

We have been big fans of Hilton Head for many years. We were married in Hilton Head in 1994. Parents live year round in Hilton Head. We bought our first home in 1999 because we wanted a vacation property located near family. When the house next door became available in 2017, we envisioned the ability for two families to travel and vacation together and have their own place. We have always been in love with the breathtaking water view from the back deck and how bright and airy it is inside. The tranquility of the scenery captured us at first and with each passing season we gain a greater appreciation for the natural setting and wildlife.

What makes this property unique

Our home is an oasis of natural beauty and peacefulness in an otherwise busy community (Sea Pines). We like the fact that you can get away from the crowds and have your own slice of peace and quiet even when it is crowded in the summer. We can walk (20 min) to the Harbor Town Lighthouse and the marina. We can bike to the beach. We have shopping and restaurants located within one mile. Our home gives us and our guests a place to get away from it all and yet be close enough to everything you need.
