This home is situated with views of the Robert Trent Jones golf course in Palmetto Dunes. Being a short walk away from the beach, you’ll have your toes in the sand in no time!

A nice perk of this home is that it offers complimentary pool heat seasonally. As long as the temperature doesn't fall below 55 degrees, you are all set to enjoy FREE pool heat typically March through May & September through October, weather dependent.

• Distance to Beach: 7 Minute Walk to the Beach. It is approximately 1/2 mile to the beach. Additionally there is The Dunes Buggy - which is a seasonal complimentary on call shuttle that typically runs February through Labor Day and will take you to the beach.

• Pool Info: Approximately 30 feet by 10 feet (kidney shaped pool). The pool is able to be heated seasonally only at no additional cost. The pool cannot be heated if temperatures drop below 55 degrees at any point during your stay, and it is not available during the summer months. Pool heat is typically available March-May and September-October, weather permitting.

• Parking: There is parking available for up to 6 cars max. Car passes are an additional fee. They start at $35/pass and increase depending on length of stay. You are billed based on the exact amount of car passes you request.
