Come and discover this charming 60 m² duplex apartment in the heart of the beautiful Norman town of Deauville. Located a few steps away from all amenities, the city centre, but also the beach, let yourself be tempted by an animated escapade: golf, tennis, visit of the city, boat trip, horse races... After a day of discovery, return to your warm flat equipped with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay: a large living room tastefully decorated with a dining area and a lounge area, a fully equipped open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom! Bed linen and towels provided.

Le Teck "Weekend a Deauville 🙂 La proximité du logement par rapport au centre ville ,on fait tt a pied casino ,planche de Deauville,Trouville ,gare Marché le mardi et vendredi sur la place a Deauville un peu cher au niveau du prix et un marché un peu plus grand et plus abordable a Trouville le mercredi le tt est faisable à pied .logement propre et propriétaire serviable et très aimable . Lit fait a notre arrivée 🙁 Parking payant partout et hors de prix ,pour vous garer il y a une petite rue près de hippodrome non payante et un petit parking près de la salle de sport qui peu dépanner.Attention le logement est au 2ieme étage escalier pas très pratique pour les pers âgées"

Le Teck le logement en lui-même est bien situé bien central et il est agréable un vrai cocoon. le point négatif est l'entrée commune pas bien entretenue avec le café et les 2 étages d'escalier sont très étroits donc difficile à monter pour des personnes ayant des difficultés à monter les marches. Sinon le logement en lui-même est très agréable avec une belle vue sur les toits de Deauville. c'est parfait pour 2 voire 3 personnes ou un couple avec 2 enfants. on a passé un excellent séjour et Nadège qui nous a accueillies est adorable et hyper serviable et disponible je recommande.

Là ,elle vous donnera le code de la boîte à clé ( qui n’a jamais été mentionnée ds les instructions à la réservation). Arrivée dans l’appartement non chauffé (malgré l’heure d’arrivée mentionnée ) .il correspond aux photos avec qques années de plus . Pas de couvertures ou couettes supplémentaire ( dommage car très froid la première nuit) . Très bonne literie, bel emplacement dans Deauville,sanitaires corrects"

Le Teck "Mon mari et moi, nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement pendant trois nuits. L'emplacement de l'appartement est très bon. L'appartement a du charme, tout est en état de marche, le chauffage fonctionne bien. Très bons matelas, draps et oreillers propres. Tout dans la cuisine est vieux, mais assez fonctionnel, même si je changerais quand même les casseroles (elles sont complètement défraîchies). À mon avis, le principal inconvénient de cet appartement est un étage élevé (en fait le troisième, bien que la description en indique un deuxième) avec un escalier étroit et raide, difficile à monter même sans bagages, ce qui rend l'appartement pratiquement inadapté aux personnes handicapées et enfants en bas âge. La description manque d'instructions pour les poubelles (on ne sait pas quoi en faire) et d'indications pour trouver l'appartement (il n'y a pas de numéro sur la maison et la porte d'entrée ne suggère ce que quelqu'un y habite)."

We didn’t know which key box we were looking for. The apartment photos make the flat and furniture look brand new. It is not. That being said, it was clean enough and comfortable. The agency is very responsive and the geographic location is great."

A l'arrivee, la personne en charge de l'accueil nous a laissé les ckefs sous le paillasson. Les parties communes, escalier, couloir sont sales, et peu engageant. La porte d'entrée de l'immeuble est cassée, ne ferme pas bien et peu securusante. L'appartement est mal nettoyé les draps sont vieux et les ireillers très sales. La cuisine n'est pas bien nettoyée, le micro onde est sale. La dou he est couverte de cala

Le Teck "Overall the airb&b served its purpose. The front door to the location is broke/doesn’t lock. We had to meet the host for the key at a scheduled time but they were 20 minutes late and we had to call several times. Inside, the apartment was clean but a little musty (it’s in the attic). The sheets had a slight mildew-y smell and may not have been freshly washed? The bathroom towels were pretty thin/well worn and could use some new ones. The location is great, walkable, and close to buzzy restaurants and a club open until 6 am. Would absolutely stay again but would also love to see some TLC given to the apartment. :)"
