This unit comes with WASHER AND DRYER IN UNIT, CABLE TV in Living Room and Bedrooms, DVD and VCR, MICROWAVE, GAS BARBECUE and FIREPLACE. Two narrow parking spaces also come with this unit.

We take pride in keeping our property clean and in good condition.

A fantastic 2 bed 2 bath duplex with highly desirable 2 parking spots. Its location is wonderful: 100 yards to Mission Bay and 150 yards to Mission Beach. The unit is large, well equipped, clean and comfortable. If you’re a walker, the boardwalks on either side are beautiful. Beaches, restaurants, and everything else San Diego has to offer, it’s as good as it gets. Marcy as an owner is simply the best. She’ll assure you enjoy your stay.

The location was brilliant just across the road from the beach, the lounge was very spacious and with Sky tv and good Wi-Fi both rooms were very nice, comfortable beds, washing machines worked well, nothing to fault. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Lovely place!

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is ideal: ocean on one side, bay on the other. Very comfortable place. Even though it is a Main Street, traffic noise was not a problem. Marcey is great to work with
