Fantastic cabin. We stayed 6 people for three nights - just right for us. Didn’t use the hot tub but enjoyed the fire place. Spencer, the host, was great.
Great location, closed to ski lift, the cabin is nice, cozy and has everything u need. the jacuzzi was so nice, perfect for a snowy day/ night. We stay in this cabin two times, love it

Glad to have you! We do enjoy our location being as close as it is to the resort yet still away from the hustle and bustle! We look forward to having you back again!
We absolutely loved our stay at Spencer’s log cabin! It had plenty of space for our extended family of 8. There was plenty of space to hang out and the kids loved the loft. We had a small issue with the cleanliness but Spencer was easy to get a hold of and solved our problem very quickly! Would definitely recommend this cabin to other families. We would love to come back for another stay!
The property was great and we had a lot of fun. The Wi-Fi went out a couple of times but resetting the router fixed it. There was some dog hair and dust in places but overall we were happy with the cleanliness. The property owner was super responsive and made sure all questions were answered. Would definitely recommend staying.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely cabin! The mountain atmosphere was everywhere to be found, from the cozy loft to the enormous fireplace in the spacious living room, equipped with plenty of couch seating and a large enough coffee table to enjoy board games!
The bedrooms had everything you need & the bedding was perfectly comfortable.
Location is ideal, as the view feels secluded, yet the slopes are just around the corner!
Our host was very helpful & communicative!
We can’t wait to be back!!!
This was a great cabin in a great location in Brian Head. Very easy access to Cedar Breaks, Bryce Canyon and other recreational areas. The cabin was easy to access, very clean and well stocked. Our family stayed for 4 days and everything went great. The only challenges we had were that the internet access did not work and there was a limited availability of water each day. But even these were not a major problem. All in all, it worked out great.

Running water and high speed internet are now at the cabin.
The house had everything my two dogs and I needed. Because I stayed for a month, I made a bit of a mistake by assuming there was a washer/dryer and not checking for sure. It wasn’t a big problem. The house was well stocked with towels, kitchen gear, etc. This is a beautiful part of the country and a lot cooler than Phoenix in the summer!
The property What's situated in a beautiful quiet residential area. Everything about the property was fantastic. Neighbour across the street Don, helped us when we had car problems on our 1st day. I have rented homes in the Winter before, but none have captured my imagination the way this property did. Spencer, the owner, was quick to respond to any questions I had. Fantastic place to go with family and friends. You will not be disappointed.

Family vacation
When we arrived at the cabin, the owners were outside working on a project which was fine, but made it awkward to want to drop off our things when the owner was going inside the house to put things away or gather things. The size of the cabin was nice, we just had issues with the overall cleanliness. The shower curtain downstairs was extremely discolored and had an odd smell, there were dishes in the dish washer that we had to put away when we got there, and there was a lot of dust and we found old, dried dog poop inside the cabin. We enjoyed our stay, but the general upkeep could be improved.

Tim, after having a discussion with your group, we were under the impression you were okay with us trying to finish the work. Inside the house was our utility room... which is not accessible to our guests and clearly mentioned in our listing that it is not included. So while I do understand the inconvenience... It was only under your discretion that it occurred. We would have, and did, leave as soon as you said to despite not finishing our task.
The shower curtain will be replaced immediately and I apologize our cleaners missed the remains from a previous guests animal. We are a pet friendly stay... which we hope your pets enjoyed it as well. We do our very best to scour the cabin but obviously animals often try to hide it. We will be better about scheduling future additional cleanings to avoid any dust. We appreciate your feedback and will address each and every item.
From the moment we walked in, we can tell the cabin is well cared for. It's as advertised. If you know Brian Head, it's the perfect distance to either Giant Steps or the Navajo base. If there is snow you will need chains or 4 -wheel drive to get up the driveway. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, multiple coffee makers, filters and good pots and pans. Spencer had us stocked up with firewood and made himself available if we had any questions. Once the fire was going, the place was super cozy to sit around and hang or play card games on the dining table. It doesn't show in the pictures buy there is a full size arcade game in the loft. Pretty cool to beat up on your kids with old school Pac-man and Galaxy. Finally, if you decide to use the spa give yourself adequate time to bring it up to temp. It took about an 1 hour to go up 4 degrees, so we changed plans and turned it back to 80 (we didn't go in). It was also 20 degrees outside which has a lot to do with it but the spa was in good working condition and chlorinated.
Timed it right SNOW every day the owner was on it keeping the driveway and deck cleared and the city took care of the road but 4x4 or chains are a must don’t be over confident you will get stuck when the snow piled up it’s a single lane road
Host was extremely quick on all correspondence. House is a beautiful structure. Our group had 3 other Homes and this one was the best. I would definitely stay there again.
What a beautiful home. Great neighborhood and area. Perfect location to hit all of the monuments and parks. Spencer was readily available and extremely helpful. We can't wait to come back!
We found this property extremely enjoyable due to its unique location. Very close to the Brian Head activities (with a nice stroll you can walk to them if you'd like), yet far enough away you get the mountainous retreat experience.
