Authentic Log Cabin with Luxuries

**MOTHER NATURE is out of my control, in the event your trip is during a snow storm please be aware you may have to walk in the snow to the cabin due to the snow plow only working during daylight hours. PLEASE be aware checking in to the cabin after daylight is NOT advised due to limited visibility**

Come enjoy an escape to Brian Head inside a luxurious authentic wood cabin. Nothing states a mountainous getaway then being surrounded by the woods both inside and outside the cabin. This cabin comes with 4 bedrooms including a master suite, and a large loft while supporting a large open gathering area for your party. Equipped with all your needs as if you never left home. The kitchen is fully stocked so all you will need is to make your last stop in St George or Cedar City with your grocery list. The cabin sleeps 10-12 very comfortably with a soft memory foam pad on each mattress. A bathroom in the master suite and in the basement with an extra half bathroom of the main room. The living room is open with ample seating to enjoy the fireplace (wood provided), TV with all the amenities (satellite, DVD player, ROKU streaming stick). Book your trip today.

This cabin was newly refurbished inside and out. Beautiful scenery, and very close to nearby towns that offer other activities as well. Near, Parowan, Panguitch, Panguitch Lake, and Cedar City.

Three security cameras are on location. Above each entry in the front of the cabin and over the parking area.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take all garbage to the dumpsters near the main road. ($15 fee per bag if left for cleaners)
Empty ashes into the metal can in front of cabin. If hot, add 1/2 gallon of water per bucket.
Thermostat: Set to 60°F to prevent pipe damage while avoiding unnecessary heating costs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Trash must be taken to the community garbage cans. There is a $15 penalty per kitchen sized garbage bag left behind.
ANY evidence of adult wipes being used in the cabin will result in a $1000 fine to pump our septic tank. Nobody throws them away!
Unwashed dishes - $50 fine. Uncleaned fireplace - $50 fine. Abnormally dirty blankets - $50 fine per blanket. Dirty BBQ - $25 fine.

We found this property extremely enjoyable due to its unique location. Very close to the Brian Head activities (with a nice stroll you can walk to them if you'd like), yet far enough away you get the mountainous retreat experience.
