Kiwi Bach - Whangamata

Clean and tidy, located in a quiet street handy to the 9 Hole Golf Course and the Community Heated Pool. Central to Main Beach, Estuary and Town Centre. Home away from home with new quality furnishings to ensure a restful stay. Great outdoor living and entertaining facilities. 2 toilets, 2 showers (1 outside but still HOT). Three Adult and two small kids bikes provided, fishing gear for wharf or surfcasting available. Golf Clubs. Boogie Boards. Sky TV (bring your own decoder). DVDs and lots of books and magazines and games for the kids to play.
Special conditions:
Two night minimum stay. Beach Hop minimum 5 nights stay.(POA)
Public Holiday Long Weekends (POA)

Extras: Linen (included); NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean and vacuum the house and do the dishes before you leave. Wash your sheets, towels etc and hang out to dry.

Tidy. Comfortable place to stay

Plenty of room for a group or family. Plenty of outside space. Close to golf course and drive to beach and town. Especially liked all the equipment available. Really enjoyed our stay.

Home away from home

Great set up and facilities

We stayed here for 3 nights. The bach was nice and quiet and had good facilties for our family. Beach and town were an easy bike ride away. We enjoyed our stay here.

A pleasure to visit

Had a great stay. Great communication from owner and very easy instructions. Don't think we've ever stayed in such a well equiped bach!! Had everything we needed and kids loved the toys. Great location and very clean. Highly recommended!!

This bach has everything a family could need. The teenagers enjoyed the freedom to roam on the bikes and walking to the golf course. Us adukts enjoyed relaxing on the deck

A great functional bach

This is a really nice functional bach with everything you need. Communication was pleasant and easy. Note that guests are required to make their own beds and undertake extensive cleaning before checking out, which is quite time consuming.

Just perfect!

I couldn't think of anything that would make this stay more perfect - the Bach has absolutely everything you could need and things you didn't think you would need! The most beautiful deck and table/seating with outdoor gas heating for a bbq dinner after a day at the beach (bikes and boogie boards too). Thank you!

Home away from Home

Handy location to beach & town. Excellently equipped property right down to cookery books in the kitchen and a garage full of bikes /kayaks etc. Fantastic deck area although we didn't get to utilise it unfortunately due to the weather but we felt very cosy and at home when it was blowing a gale outside. Return to Kiwi Road Bach

Our second stay at Kiwi Road Bach with the Grandparents. The process was made easy with Jill's fantastic communication. Our request was accepted on the first day and she responded to any questions promptly. The weather wasn't great, so Jill sent details of a webcam on the beach to allow us to check the weather before we set off. There are plenty of games in the house to keep everyone entertained on rainy days and we were also able to make use of the surf boards and bikes. The house has everything you need and feels very homely. The additional toilet in the garage is helpful when there are 6 people. There is a local pool just down the road and the RSA, which does great Thai food, is within walking distance. I'm sure we'll make a third visit at some point in the future :)
