We had an amazing stay! This 3-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views were incredible, and being just steps from the beach made it even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rocky Point!

I didn’t have to worry about how I was going to get in or timing. I received text and email communication for my stay and included access to the property which was so convenient. My family stayed in other units unrelated to this one and had several issues with the cleanliness and access to their space. Communication being poor but not here. I had a great experience. Spence was super clean - smelled good not mildew Televisions in rooms were all set up for WiFi and spacious kitchen, living and patio made it great for hosting large family. I would stay here again. Having the pool right out front was nice as well as parking and lobby. Great for family.
