Villa 2206 2BR/3BA Ground Level Condo at Villa La Estancia on Medano Beach

Villa la Estancia is a beautiful private (full time ownership) 5 star resort located on Medano Beach. Town is just a short walk or you can take a water taxi right from the beach.

The resort has two beautiful pools with a swim up bar. You can also enjoy the five ocean view hot tubs. The La Parilla Grill is poolside and the beautiful La Casona offers outstanding gourmet cuisine, and of course room service is available 24 hours a day.

There are several additional restaurants at the Villa Del Palmar and El Arco right next door. They have a children's program at Villa Del Palmar and The Desert Spa is at the El Arco. There is also a supermarket, pharmacy and deli on site as well as an and ice cream shop. Taxi's to town are readily available right outside your door or if you choose to rent a car there is underground parking available at no extra charge.

Our ground floor unit 2206 makes it easy to walk right out your patio to the pool or beach. It is set back from the main walkway for a very quiet and private patio setting. You can even have a private dinner catered on your patio or have a romantic dinner right on the beach.

The unit is elegantly furnished with TV’s in each room. The formal dining has seating for six and also has a convenient breakfast bar for 3. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for cooking your own meals during your stay and there is also a gas BBQ on the patio.

The master bedroom unit has a king size bed, sitting area, TV/DVD and an oversized bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, separate shower and a double vanity.

The living room has a queen size convertible sofa.

The second bedroom has 2 queen beds with its own full bath and a mini refrigerator.

Excellent stay!

The hosts were amazing. They coordinated car service to and from the airport including a stop at Costco. Excellent communication. The bed was the most comfortable thing I've ever stayed in and the ground floor was very convenient.

Beautiful Condo and Resort

My family and I loved our stay at Villa La Estancia. The condo has all necessary amenities, is very spacious, close to the pool and lobby. Location with kids was great on the first floor without elevators. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Beach swimmable and plenty of chairs at beach and pool. We will definitely stay again!

Lovely Villa!

The villa was wonderful! It was clean, spacious and well-appointed. The location was perfect, as it is on the ground floor and central to everything yet very quiet. Jeff and Kelly were easy to work with, and they provided us with a list of recommendations and quickly responded to all queries. We definitely will stay here again!

Great stay!

From the time we booked Jeff and Kelly’s villa through check out, everything went perfectly. Villa La Estancia ( and really all of Cabo) is taking great CoVid precautionary measures to make sure both guests and staff have limited exposure. The villa is just as described and we really enjoyed being on the ground floor with close proximity to the pool. We especially loved having a large kitchen and outdoor BBQ . Most of all, we really appreciated the responsiveness of the homeowners when we had questions.

Perfect condo!

This condo is absolutely perfect! It has everything you need and the host is a great resource. We were two families with some teenagers and being on the ground level was great where you can walk straight out and down to the pool or the lobby. The big patio with grill and outdoor furniture was very useful. The host has a list of resources that we found very valuable. The resort is beautiful, friendly staff and great location to the marina and easy to catch a cab to the store or activities. Highly recommend it with such a responsive host and beautiful condo! We will be back for sure :)

An amazing unit. HEAVEN

This unit was EXCELLENT. Only downside was no supplies such as paper towels dish soap, just the basis's we have stayed in many other units and have always had paper towels napkins salt and pepper just the simple little basis's, but this will not stop us from coming back. Oh yes, September not a good month lots of remodeling going on in many of the units. Once we got over the sound of the jackhammer's life was GOOD. Thank You Jeff your unit was BEAUTIFUL.

pictures are accurate. beautiful property and condo. There is everything you could want. Its On the first floor so steps away from pool, jaccuzi restaurants and ocean. The only down fall is the market onsight. It was very overpriced and they sell the beer and water at one price and no discounts for 6packs or twelve packs so beware. Take the 70 peso bus for a 5 min ride to walmart, great prices on liquor also. Theyre cute shops over there also. but the resort was beautiful. Go next door to left for a livier vibe at pool.

Most Excellent...highly recommend!

This was our first visit to Cabo, and we'll most certainly be returning! The condo was wonderful, as well as the entire property. Very clean, including housekeeping service, which hasn't always been included with our stays. Excellent layout and plenty of space. Concierge was also extremely responsive whenever we reached out for insight or assistance. Hosts were great too, in providing us a lot of useful information and responding to our questions. Superb stay!

Top quality, surpassed expectations!

Our vacation stay in unit 2206 at Villa la Estancia was amazing! The unit is beautiful and clean, very spacious. We were with our three teenage boys, each over 6' tall, and were completely comfortable and had plenty of space to spread-out. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, organized and easy to operate in. We cooked breakfasts, and prepared one dinner, and had every utensil and all the kitchen equipment we needed. Truly, the best part was the accommodating and helpful owners. We had not been to Cabo since our honeymoon 25 years ago, and were unfamiliar with the territory. They made our trip easy with their spot-on recommendations and suggestions, speedy email responses and friendly style. They even referred us to a wonderful professional photographer for our family/25th anniversary photos. We had our best vacation ever, and will be repeat guests for sure. In fact, we won't stay anywhere else in Cabo again!

Another Excellent Cabo - La Estancia Vacation

This was our 2nd trip to Cabo & our 2nd time staying at Villa La Estancia. This ground floor villa was perfect. Walk right off the patio and onto the poor or the beach. The villa, the facilities, the service was amazing, but most importantly the staff is what makes this place a true 5 star resort. They will go above, beyond & totally out of the way to accommodate & assist you and always with a smile, We rented directly from the owner. He was very easy to work with. His emails & responses were very quick, direct & informative. This 2 bedroom villa was the perfect fit for my wife & I and our 2 teenage sons. This villa is a great fit for families. We had a grill on the patio which we made use of. We normally will cook 2-3 meals in and the rest of the time head down the beach or into town for breakfast , lunch or dinner. Along the beach I would recommend Tobasco's or The Office. Both have great breakfast & lunches. In town - Claros Jr , this is a hole in the wall taco stand with great food & prices. You can get a smoked marlin taco, a shrimp taco (with 5 pieces of shrimp) & a sea bass taco with a bottle of coke for about $5 us. Maros is a favorite. Steak, lobster & shrimp for $16.95 us plus this is a fun lively atmosphere. Want Italian with a Mediterranean flare, Invita Bistro is fantastic, more upscale though. You, really, do not need to rent a car if you are spending your time on the beach or in town. Cab ride is $9, bus is $1/person, water taxi is $5/person- but you can sometimes negotiate this down to $10 for the ride for 4 people. I would recommend the water taxis for going to The Office or the marina if you can get it for $10. The bus system is an adventure in its self. It picks you up right outside the property & will take you to Wal-mart or into town for only $1. If your going to Wal-mart I recommend taking a taxi back, easier than lugging all your groceries/items to & off of the bus. Plus, I've found at Wal-mart to be some of the best deals on excursions & activities. Not the store itself but a corner kiosk by the exit. These guys will try and sell you on taking a time share tour of the 2 properties on either side of Estancia (I do not recommend that- don't be fooled will actually take 3 hrs of your time-no matter what they tell you) but they have great connections with some of the activities as long as you are good at negotiating. Luxury for anyone.

We first visited in 12/2013 then again last week 3/2016. First the Villa. I can't think of the person who would not rate this Villa anything less that spectacular. As soon as you are escorted with your bags to the front door, it opens into a pampered / exquisite space. Every little detail has been thought out and the owners have assured this villa has what is needed for you to want little with upscale appliances, furnishings, and amenities. This Villa is nicer than my own home, it's clean and well appointed, if there is anything left out you soon just deal with it because 99.9% of everything else has been thought of. I wake early and slip into the common area and make coffee, then enjoy it on the very large patio listening to the birds, looking at the flowers, and watching the resort staff at work manicuring the grounds. It's a constant with the staff, they are always manicuring or cleaning something. Being on the ground floor allows you to just pass through the gate and you have access to beautiful hot tubs or the pools just a short walk away. Very convenient over higher units. That leads to the resort. It's clean, quiet, and beautiful no matter where on the grounds you are. They take great pride and it shows with the property and their attitude. They are always striving to make your stay memorable. You can request anything and they are there to make it happen. I hope to visit often.

This was my 7th time at estancia, I can't bring myself to go anywhere else because I know what iam getting here, this ground floor villa location is perfect, quiet and private with the action just a few steps away, pools are great as well as the beach and restaurants. Iam looking forward to my next trip my granddaughter Parker will be going with us and her family. The owners of the villa are great to work with, very helpful and personable. A Slice of Heaven

We stayed for a week in this beautiful condo set on a gorgeous property for our first visit to Cabo and this momma was happy! Working with the condo owners prior to our stay was a breeze. They were very quick to respond and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. We brought four teenagers with us (my kids each brought a friend) ranging from 16-18 years and they were so impressed with what Villa La Estancia had to offer. They also loved the layout of the condo and appreciated the ground floor access, huge veranda, and privacy of a separate entrance. There was something for everyone. My husband and I appreciated the mellow atmosphere even during peak Spring Break season and the kids had plenty of opportunities to be kids (beach volleyball, pool fun, sand games, ocean swimming, parasailing, wave runners, and more.) We had plenty of lunches at La Parilla Grille poolside and the food was quite good! One of our kids isn't a big fan of Mexican food and he LOVED the burgers that were offered. I loved the fish tacos, quesadillas, and wraps. We also took advantage of the onsite deli and what a delightful experience! Their breakfasts were delicious and the fresh guacamole, pico, and chips were to die for! Nice to have a grocery store on property, as well for any little items we ran out of or forgot to get at Walmart. Since we were a group total of 38 people (high school graduation group) all renting from separate owners the convenience of getting into downtown with either 15 passenger vans, water taxis, or a walk on the beach was nice! One day we rented a catamaran for snorkeling and whale watching and that was a blast. The whales were breaching like crazy! Can't say enough good things about renting from these owners and the quality of condo 200049. I'd come back again in a heartbeat! Thanks Jeff and Kelly! You were wonderful to work with and we appreciate you sharing your lovely beach home with us.

Amazing! Relaxing! Great Place to call Home for a week.

We had a great time in Cabo at Estancia. We have traveled to Estancia several times before in Nuevo Vallarta and wanted to try a new location. We loved Cabo and Villa La Estancia was exactly what we have had- simply the best! Loved the ground floor access. Room was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. We will be back!

Love it!

We had a fabulous time in Cabo San Lucas and loved your unit! The ground floor location was convenient and great for the kids. We had a BBQ on the patio and the kids could run around in the grass and hot tub was close. We love being close to the store and deli! What fabulous sandwiches. The unit had everything we needed to cook and dine in if we chose too. The landscaping is beautifully lush and the pictures are right on. I appreciate all your help with my questions and information sheet you sent us. Some of our favorites restaurants were MiCasa, The Office (breakfast and dinner), Ediths and we tried the new Hacienda which has a stunning view and was reasonable. We will definitely be back and I would highly recommend this unit. Thanks so much!

Wonderful Vacation Condo

My family and I recently returned from Cabo San Lucas and had a wonderful vacation. We were a little concerned being in the middle of the spring break period but found VLE to be just removed enough to not feel overwhelmed by college students, and yet a 15 minute walk on the beach puts you in the middle of Mango Deck/the Office. The pool was lovely, although getting a chair required getting up earlier than we planned. The layout of the condo was just perfect for our family - the wrought iron gated entrance with two separate bedroom entrances once inside allowed my teenagers to have a little space from us, and togetherness (kitchen/dining/family area was in the master bedroom side and their bedroom on the other side) when both bedroom entrances were left open, while also providing the security of the locked wrought iron gate. We were able to cook easily in the kitchen as it was outfitted with just about everything you needed to cook. Everything was clean, and new. The staff at VLE was very friendly and the grounds well-kept. Truly a lovely property and we hope to go back again.

Cabo

My husband and I just returned from our first trip to Villa La Estancia in Cabo. What a wonderful experience!! Not only were the grounds immaculate and beautiful, the staff was wonderful and always accomodating. The entire resort is breath taking, the pools wonderful, as well as the unit itself. We spent many evenings barbecueing on the patio and had dinner at La Casona one evening as well. It was a wonderful dinner. The villa has absolutely everything you need to feel completely at home and the owners were very helpful making sure we had all of our questions answered and steered us in the right direction for activities, restaurants etc not having been before. We are already planning our trip for next year and can't wait to return!!
