Step into a charming, split-level retreat through a picturesque private entry with a cheerful white and yellow striped awning inviting you in. Inside, the living room shines with an Eames-style lounge chair perfectly positioned under inspiring William Mackinnon artworks. The unique mirrored alcove creates a cosy striped bay seating nook, offering a playful dimension to the space. The dining area, framed by pastel yellow structural beams, invites you to gather around a round timber table for a feast. With split system air conditioning and heating, this escape is perfect for a romantic getaway or a peaceful solo retreat.

Tucked under the stairs, the well-equipped kitchen has a gas stove and Nespresso machine, making it the perfect spot to brew a morning coffee or pour a glass of merlot. A hidden cupboard laundry with a washer and dryer is ready to take care of your needs whenever you choose.

Heading upstairs, you’ll pass a beautiful library landing filled with books that are sure to inspire. The upper level is a tranquil retreat, where the study and sunlit bedroom blend seamlessly. The study, featuring a large mid-century modern wooden desk, is ideal for catching up on work. Please note that the entrance is located in an alleyway, which might feel a bit unsettling at night, though it's completely safe. The apartment’s layout is also narrow in some areas, so it might be less comfortable for guests who prefer more spacious surroundings. There is no on-site parking available.
