Family-friendly, modern, and well-equipped (WiFi, cable) house blocks from the beach and across from the Assawoman Bay (water views from all 4 Bedrooms). Sleeps 8-12 people (2 BR with Queen, 1 BR with Full, and Loft with twin bunk bed and 2 Full). (Home is a duplex yet very private).
Brand new upper and lower decks! Brand new kitchen, appliances, bathroom and flooring.
Property equipped with security system and monitored video doorbell at front door.
