This condo was excellent for my family. It was very spacious, with grand windows, and an awesome kitchen with all the best food prep tools. The neighborhood was very condensed, but very quiet, with medical students strolling to classes. The parking area was tidy and secure. We really enjoyed our stay.

My son and I stayed here during our tour time at The University of Iowa. The townhouse is AMAZING! And even more importantly, the hospitality and care from the onsite contact was incredibly personable and thorough. This property is so comfy while being incredibly new and modern. Great new condo within walking distance to Kinnick Stadium. Rooftop patio was a great place to watch the fireworks over the old capitol and Coralville off in the distance. Condo has everything you need for a short or long stay.
