About this property

Walleye Capitol of Michigan on Canal Front House with view of the Saginaw Bay

Recently remodeled 3-bedroom home sleeps up to 8. Large open floor plan with Vaulted Ceiling Living / Dining area and a view of the Saginaw Bay. Large fenced in yard with a Privacy Fence, Fire Pit and Horseshoe Pits. Washer and Dryer. Plenty of parking including room for large boats. Closest Vacation Rental to Public Access. Available All Year-round, Ice Fishermen welcome. Park small boat in backyard.

Although the home is located on Linwood "BEACH" Drive there is not a beach in the immediate vicinity. Boater's Beach is within minutes by water and Bay City State Park Beach is 15 minutes by car.

The canal can accommodate a small boat but does get overgrown with weeds. We are the closest rental home to the public access where small boats; jet skis and kayaks have direct access to the bay. Linwood Beach Marina and Campground is six hundred yards from the home which has four launches, boat / bait / party store and gas.

The city of Linwood has three restaurants, two bars and a party store, two of the restaurants / bars are about a half mile away. Franks Great Outdoors is a short drive away. Just north of Linwood Road you'll find Ricker's Meat where you will find the finest meat around.

Quiet hours after 11pm. Feel free to sit around the campfire and enjoy the beauty of the Bay as late as you desire. Please respect our neighbors.
Put dirty towels in the washer, don't wash. Please place used bedding in front of the washer. Throw trash away. Lock up. Thanks for choosing our home.

We own and have lived the home next-door to this property since 1995. 3 of our 5 children have lived in this house. We wanted to keep the home in our family so we decided to make it a rental home. We look forward to sharing our home and all the wonderful things that the Linwood area has to offer.

We are the closest rental to the public access and are about 600 yards from Linwood Beach Marina. Open all year-round and with plenty parking.
