Cute as a button! Freshly renovated, clean, bright 1- bedroom. There is an additional bed in the living room. Sleeps 4 people comfortably.
The suite has a private entrance. Parking is available for one vehicle beside the suite entrance or there is also lots of street parking.
The kitchen is fully stocked and makes meal preparations easy and enjoyable.
Full bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Convenient laundry facilities are located in the common area of the house.
Located in a quiet, safe, and peaceful neighborhood.
The gorgeous beach is within a 5-minute walk. A majestic West Coast forest is only 1 block away from the house!
Attention Royal Roads University students - RRU is only a 15-minute walk.
Shopping, restaurants, and nightlife is a short 5-minute drive from the house. Only a 25-minute drive to downtown Victoria, 20 minutes to the popular Bear Mountain Resort, or 30 minutes away from the surfing in Sooke!

Cute and Cozy was perfect for us. It was in a great location for hiking and birding. We could walk or drive to the Esquimalt Lagoon. The unit was well stocked, clean, quiet and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.

Beautiful accommodations. Clean, bright, well stocked with some essentials & quiet street. The double bed was a bit small and hard (for me) my husband said he thought it wasn't hard. There are some squeeky doors on games cupboard and front door, but thats because we worried more about disturbing others living in the house. Overall it was exceptionally nice and the hosts were very accommodating for our daughters wedding party getting ready. Thank you

The suite was great -- exactly as described and what I needed, with plenty of space and a great kitchen and bathroom as well as a comfortable bed. Location was perfect for working at Royal Roads. Hosts were easy to communicate with, and my stay was excellent. Would stay again!
