Just a 20-minute walk brings you to Victoria’s stunning, publicly accessible oceanfront – ideal for walks, runs, or simply soaking in the coastal beauty the city is known for.

The suite features:
• 2 bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen-sized bed
• A spacious and sunlit living room with a double pull-out futon
• A fully equipped kitchen with a compact dishwasher
• One full bathroom with endless hot water
• Dining area and living space with a warm, inviting feel

A shared washer and dryer is located downstairs in a separate common room.

Located just a short walk from Royal Jubilee Hospital, beaches and amenities. The heart of Oak Bay is just 10 minutes away on foot, where you’ll find local cafés, restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, banks, postal services, and bike rentals.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking indoors - there are a couple chairs at the front door to sit out front
You are renting the upstairs furnished suite and front yard. The backyard is private.
Animals are allowed but they are still your responsibility. Please do not leave your animal unattended if they are not trained to spend time alone.
