**If Koru One is rented, We may be staying in Koru Two which is totally independent from Koru one, apart from the covered walkway between K2 has a separate front entrance

The tranquility and sheltered aspect provides for year-round enjoyment, or enjoy many lake activities avail such as fishing, skiing, picnicking or visiting hot springs on the lake, walks to the falls to watch, river rafting over the waterfalls, local fishing charters, Rotoiti Explorer Large boat charter and dinner cruises. 20 mins to Rotorua. 25 mins to coast beaches, coffee etc at the licensed Okere Falls Cafe.

Guest's Expectations
We have kept our cleaning rate low and the amount charged only covers a portion of the cleaners charges.
Please leave house in a tidy condition with dishes etc washed in dishwasher and put away, benches, sinks, surfaces, including bathrooms vanity & wc cleaned and sanitized.
Please leave used beds open
Cleaners will clean and sanitize entire house again, vacuum, and will have made the beds with freshly laundered linen before you arrive.
I will arrange for the cleaners to leave sufficient cleaning products there.
