Provençal house located in Cabriès, a small typical village perched on a rocky peak, halfway between Aix-en-Provence and Marseille.<br>Large fenced garden with secure swimming pool (4x10) private with slide, children's games (trampoline, swings, hut), table tennis, barbecue, terrace under the wisteria, olive trees and hammock in the shade of hundred-year-old oaks. Walks in the pine forest accessible from the house.<br><br>The accommodation<br>The house is 130 m2 and consists on the ground floor of a large living-dining room with fireplace, a kitchen, a bedroom and WC. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms, two bathrooms and WC. <br>The bedroom on the ground floor has a queen size bed (or choice of 2 single beds) and overlooks the garden. An upstairs bedroom can accommodate two children or a child and an adult (single bed + children's cabin bed), it offers a beautiful view of the village of Cabriès. The second bedroom upstairs is a large master suite with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom, it overlooks the pool. The third bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed (or choice of 2 single beds) and also overlooks the pool.<br>A baby cot is available and can be added to each of the rooms.<br>Provision of a high chair, a baby bouncer and a booster seat.<br>At the bottom of the garden, a road leads to the village of Cabriès, it is a small road limited to 50 km/h which does not prevent the house from being quiet.<br><br>Situation:<br>The village of Cabriès is 500 metres away. You will find a few shops (bakery, pizzeria, pharmacy, supermarket, etc.), a small museum, a community tearoom bus offering delicious homemade cookies and smoothies, as well as the Maison des Arts (library, etc.). For the "big" shopping, you can also go to Calas and Bouc Bel Air, which can be reached in two minutes by car.<br>The house is very well located, 15 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and Marseille.
