Near Aix en Provence, 8km, in the countryside, at the foot of Sainte Victoire, near the sea (30 minutes by car) Gorges du Verdon (40 minutes by car), and the Luberon (40 minutes by car ) an architect villa in a particularly quiet and unspoiled environment where you can enjoy the pool in peace.
Direct departure hiking and mountain biking in the Sainte Victoire massif with magnificent views of Lake Bimont.
4 bedrooms, a large room of 30m2, bed 160, flat screen, bathroom and dressing room, bedroom with a bed 140 shower room and toilet, a room of 15 m2, bed 140 and possibility of a bed d additional extra, finally a fourth bedroom with two beds 90 (trundle bed) and a third bathroom with bath. Fully equipped and functional kitchen, Playground with slide, swing and trampoline on 1200 m2 of garden. Terrace naturally shaded by an old oak and barbecue. Contemporary pool (size 11m / 3.50 with a paddling party for children).

A fantastic séjour in Provence

We stayed at Sophie’s home for 3 weeks in July and we enjoyed every minute. The pool was wonderful. Sophie and her family was there when we needed and the home was great for working, relaxing and soaking in the spirit of Provence. Thank you!

Fabulous week in Provence

Sophie was a brilliant host and Seb translated wonderfully. Nothing was too much trouble and communication was flawless. The house is beautiful and well-equipped with everything we needed, set in a stunning area close to lots of lovely places to visit. Thank you, we would definitely stay again and recommend highly.

Beautiful house close to Aix

We had an amazing stay. The house is spacious, with plenty of room for everyone and everything you need for your holiday home. The garden is secluded with plenty of shade for hotter days. The pool was great to come home to and to cool down in. The location is ideal- surrounded by beautiful countryside with clear views of Mont Saint Victoire but only 15 minutes from Aix with its beautiful shops, restaurants and lively night life. It’s also ideally situated for trips to all the key sites in Provence including Avignon, Arles and the beautiful coastal area of Les Calanques. Sophie the host is helpful and quick to reply to any queries - the bottle of rose on arrival was much appreciated. We all had a great time and look forward to returning in the future.

Une semaine au pied de la Sainte Victoire

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette jolie maison, moderne bien équipée et fonctionnelle. La propriétaire est très accueillante et disponible. L’emplacement est idéal pour activités de randonnée ou vélo mais un peu isolée des commodités. Pas gênant à notre niveau mais à savoir quand même. Piscine avec petite plage très agréable et pratique lorsqu’on a des enfants. Je recommande cette location.

Super séjour de retrouvailles en famille. 8 adultes, 2 bébés.

Nous avons passe 2 très bonnes semaines. La maison est très agréable à vivre. Nous avons adoré la zone pateaugeoire de la piscine, idéal pr les enfants et pr lire un livre tranquilement. Le trampoline et la balançoire pour les enfants étaient tops. Les chambres spacieuses (a l'exception d'une chambre d'enfant, mais nous étions avertis). Les propriétaires ont été très disponibles pr répondre à nos demandes et besoins! Je recommande fortement cette location !

Propriété idéale pour vacances reposantes et/ou sportives

Superbe propriété idéalement située avec vue sur la montagne Sainte-Victoire depuis la piscine. A un jet de pierre du lac du Bimont, l’accès aux différents sentiers parcourant la montagne est aisé. Les propriétaires sont à la fois discrets, sérieux et présents au besoin. La maison est bien équipée. L’extérieur l’est également avec une superbe piscine, une terrasse ombragée ainsi que des aménagements extérieurs pour les enfants (balançoire, trampoline, partie de piscine avec 50 cm de hauteur sur 3 m; la piscine est également équipée d’une alarme pour les enfants). Nous y reviendrions avec plaisir!

Je regrette beaucoup votre appréciation Sylvie, parce que vous parlez de soucis mais c'est quand même vous qui avez cassé la table basse du salon une heure à peine après votre arrivée. Quant au rapport qualité prix , vous avez loué à quatre adultes une maison prévue pour 8/9 personnes alors forcément le tarif nuitée par personne peut paraître plus élevé, mais le prix d'une maison de 150 m2 avec piscine dans un environnement comme le notre reste très correct pour la région.

Séjour dans un environnement calme et une demeure parfaite pour deux familles (9pers)

Grande maison avec tout le confort, une cuisine très bien équipée ainsi qu’une petite cave à vin. La piscine pour petits et grands est ensoleillée la plupart de la journée. Une partie de celle-ci est plate et peu profonde (4mx4mx50cm env.), idéale pour des enfants en bas âge. L’eclairage nocturne du bassin est fonctionnel (deux hublots). Le jardin propice aux jeux des enfants et aux bains de soleil est bien enherbé et arboré. Des transats confortables sont à disposition. Le vaste coin repas extérieur sous un grand chêne borde la piscine et permet d’avoir un œil sur les enfants qui se baignent. Un large barbecue à gaz l’agrémente (bon fonctionnement des brûleurs, chauffe très fort et vite ; bouteille de gaz de rechange sur simple demande). Une seconde terrasse plus intimiste et très contemporaine (style lounge) vient parfaire l’environement extérieur. Le séjour est décoré avec soin, la cuisine fonctionnelle, les salles de bains de bonne taille, la buanderie dispose aussi d’un sèche-linge. A noter que nous n'avons pas manqué d’eau chaude pour les douches pourtant nous étions 9 dont 5 enfants (le ballon est donc bien dimensionné). Chaque partie dispose d’un bon éclairage, « variable » pour la terrasse côté piscine/jardin : projecteurs, appliques, guirlandes s’allument indépendamment les uns des autres. Pour les jours de pluie, une grande TV par l’ADSL ainsi qu’un réseau Wifi de qualité, de nombreux livres et revues pour toute la famille, etc sont disponibles. Un grand merci donc à Sophie et sa famille pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité téléphonique pendant tout notre séjour. Nous recommandons bien évidemment cette location .

Merci à Sophie pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Nous recommandons sa maison pour des vacances au calme et en même temps à proximité de tout. Maison grande, bien équipée et qui permet à chacun d'avoir son petit espace. Les terrasses sont bien ombragées, ce qui est appréciable par forte chaleur.

Calme et repos dans une magnifique maison...

Que demander de plus ? Une maison spacieuse, aux très beaux volumes ; un coin terrasse, sous le vieil arbre qui joue parfaitement son rôle de parasol naturel, à deux pas de la piscine, idéalement aménagée pour les enfants avec son petit fond ; une autre terrasse, avec salon extérieur, où on y trouve un peu de frais le soir ; un vaste terrain, clôturé, offrant un terrain de jeux idéal pour les enfants avec trampoline et balançoire ; le tout dans un petit hameau tranquille, en bordure d’un sentier de promenade, et à 10min d’Aix-en-Provence. Une semaine trop courte c’est sûr !! Merci à Sophie pour son accueil et sa disponibilité avant et lors du séjour.
