Direct departure hiking and mountain biking in the Sainte Victoire massif with magnificent views of Lake Bimont.
4 bedrooms, a large room of 30m2, bed 160, flat screen, bathroom and dressing room, bedroom with a bed 140 shower room and toilet, a room of 15 m2, bed 140 and possibility of a bed d additional extra, finally a fourth bedroom with two beds 90 (trundle bed) and a third bathroom with bath. Fully equipped and functional kitchen, Playground with slide, swing and trampoline on 1200 m2 of garden. Terrace naturally shaded by an old oak and barbecue. Contemporary pool (size 11m / 3.50 with a paddling party for children).
