Stylish, spacious house in a quiet street

Only a few hundred meters from the lake and less than a 15 minute walk to town. This modern home has wireless fibre internet, LED tv and a stereo. The house is great for entertaining with a large lounge/dining room/kitchen all adjoined. The house is U shaped and the bedrooms are separated by the entrance hall. This means that even if some of you want to stay up you won't disturb those who have gone to bed early. A gas fireplace and additional heat pumps keep the place cosy in winter. A well equipped and modern kitchen with dishwasher is great for cooking and the espresso machine will get you going in the morning.

A wonderful stay at 4.5 stars

The home is well stocked, very spacious, very comfortable and communication with the owner is excellent. It's located in a quiet residential area with a short walk to the lake and center of town. Where 5 would be perfect, there are a couple of quirks relegating it 4.5 stars but it's a wonderful stay and we thoroughly enjoyed our week here.

Wonderful Wānaka Stay

Property was clean, well stocked and a perfect setup for our group which included children and grandparents who are light sleepers. The lovely outdoor space makes it easy to spread out. Location is a ten minute walk to the lake, 20 minutes to downtown or scones at the Edgewater. We only popped in the car to head to Wānaka’s great op shops. Owner was prompt in responding to any questions. We did a hearty amount of cooking at the property and the kitchen was highlight. Highly recommended and hopefully we will be back in the winter. Thanks for a wonderful week.

Nice home needs attention!

This was our second visit and it was very apparent thatThe overall condition, and maintenance of the house has suffered from lack of attention. It is very unfortunate because this house was perfect for our family. We rewashed greasy dishes, washed the kitchen windows so we could actually see out of them. The light bulbs on the hood system above the stove were out for the second year as well as two bedroom lamps. The linen closet was jammed packed with stuff and nothing folded. The buffet in the living room packed with broken toys.This is the perfect house for a large family. The kitchen is well appointed with a great espresso machine. There is a table for outdoor dinning. Unfortunately we only had enough gas for the bbq for one night. We stayed 11 nights. We recommend this property. However the cleaning company and property managers need to be replaced. The owner of the property was helpful.

Once again a great stay at 4 Hyland street

This was our 3rd new year's stay at this property and once again we were very happy! It is the perfect size and layout for our 2 families with wee kids. Love the short walk to the lake and town. Awesome big open plan living. Love the new addition of the coffee machine!

Great place for a group

This was a wonderful house for eight adults within easy walking distance of central Wanaka. Very comfortable beds and lots of living space. Our only issue was the gas fire didn't work but we just used the oil filled heaters and as the weather was warm it wasn't an issue.

A great place to stay when visiting Wanaka with a large family or group of couples. The property is stylish, spacious and well appointed. An easy walk to down or the lakefront, but far enough away that you can escape the holiday crowds. Exactly what we were after.

It was the perfect spot for 3 couples to share for a Wanaka wedding and we really enjoyed the walks along the lake. The house was welcoming with linen and all the basics provided. Thank you! My family really enjoyed our stay there

My family really enjoyed our stay there. Wanaka is fantastic and we really like the Meadowstone area as well as it's close to the lake (and That Wanaka Tree) and access to Cardrona/Treble Cone. It's also a flat and short walk to town. The house itself is great with a huge living area separate to the bedrooms. It was warm and comfortable.
