Inside, you`ll enjoy a warm and cosy environment year-round, with double glazing and a heat pump ensuring your comfort no matter the season. A compact kitchenette and dining space flow onto a sunny tiled patio, where you can take in the expansive views over morning coffee or evening drinks. Fire up the BBQ and make the most of outdoor dining in this private setting.

The generously sized separate lounge is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, complete with TV and Freeview.

Just a short drive away, you`ll find local amenities including a café, restaurant, and dairy. Be sure to visit the enchanting L`arte Café and Gallery, an iconic local gem known for its mosaic art and garden setting.

The view was amazing and enjoyed watching the birds. The unit was very clean and spacious. We had to hire the linen and needed to make up our own beds for the stay. Overall we had a great stay.

Fantastic view!!!!

The location of the house is fantastic. You have a fantastic view of Lake Taupo and the neighboring mountains, we saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The house is functionally furnished for 4 adults with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The one bedroom next to the kitchen was very small and cramped. The kitchen is functionally equipped, there should be more dishes so that you only have to do the washing up once a day. The dishwasher is old and very loud, it cannot be turned on at night, you can hear it in the bedroom next door. The refrigerator, especially the freezer, were not cleaned thoroughly, so we gave everything a deep clean when we arrived. Overall we felt comfortable and the view makes up for a lot.

We have stayed at this property 3 or 4 times, it is a shame the lovely view is starting to disappear with the plantings growing up, the mattresses are hard and need upgrading and the shower pressure is very low. Other than that, it is a lovely spot, clean and tidy, with all the modern conveniences and close to town.

Beautiful views, excellent location and a peaceful atmosphere. We really enjoyed our 5 night stay here. There was plenty of space for two couples and two children. The zones were divided up nicely so we felt like we had lots of privacy. The property is stylish and modern and the facilities were excellent.
