Stunning lake front house with view of mountains.

Very modern, warm comfortable family holiday home with 2 huge verandas, one at the front facing the lake and one at the back of the upstairs living area which also has great views of the lake. A wide staircase lead at the front leads straight down to the lake - watch children playing on their bikes or on the lakefront from the veranda. There is a bike path at front of house which joins The Lion's Walk pathway into town.
Sun all day in upstairs living area, fireplace for the winter and under-floor heating in downstairs bedrooms which helps to heat rest of house.
7-minute drive to Taupo township. 1 hour to Whakapapa ski field.

Three bedrooms have double beds (1 double, 1 queen and 1 king) and another bedroom has 2 singles (which can be made into a super king) and a set of bunks. There is also a proper wooden cot for babies (and a spare portacot if needed).

This family holiday home is well loved by 3 generations. Please be aware that because of the ages of our younger family members, there is a bit of wear and tear around the house, particularly around the kitchen - notably the island bench surfaces and cupboards. Please note that these surfaces are stained rather than dirty or grimy.
