Beautiful house

Lovely house to stay in with a beautiful garden and delightfully furnished. The house is very near to the centre of Waterloo and all the amenities and restaurants. The Property manager was very welcoming and accommodating. The only comment is about the stairs which were lethal for anyone with mobility issues, that apart, we had a lovely few days staying there.

Visit to area for large sports event

Property in nice location in Waterloo, convenient for all local amenities & travel elsewhere. House very well equipped, very clean & communication with host all good. Only adverse comment which previous guest has mentioned is that property stairs would be difficult for anyone with mobility challenges.

The property on the Vrbo website looks well maintained neat and tidy. However the reality on arrival was a unkempt garden back and front. Inside there was an offensive odour which could not be cleared and some of the furniture downstairs and upstairs was not a good enough standard even for a basic holiday rental. This included holes in a wardrobe door and a damaged clothes hanging unit. The bath and shower is extremely difficult to access for tall people which is not mentioned in the property listing. The bedding was very poor quality and of much lower standard than that shown in photos.The kitchen table surface was damaged so could not be effectively cleaned and was dirty with accumulated food debris in places. The photos in the listing were clearly taken quite some time ago. We found the property unacceptable and left. We shared our concerns with Vrbo and the host (with no refund to date). Avoid this property.

Sehr schönes Haus, das gut ausgestattet ist. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Nur duschen ist für große Menschen etwas schwierig.

maison ravissante

Très bon séjour dans une maison ravissante, tout confort et très cosy. Il me manque rien et nous avons eu en bonus la sympathie de notre cher Hôte. A réserver sans detour :)
