This beach house is the ultimate family holiday destination with plenty of space for everyone and is a real sun trap; this the wood-burner and heat pumps keep the house nice and cozy. You will love the newly renovated kitchen, the ample natural light and the outdoor indoor flow. Stretch open the bifolds at the front and the sliding doors at the back and you open up the space to bring the outdoors in. With a choice of decks you can literally follow the sun.

If you have children they will be fully entertained inside the house with the children's books and toys, we have lots of best selling board games. Or you could relax on the deck or soak in the spa with the kids visible and happy in the fully fenced expansive back yard. While you relax, they will be kept busy with the fort, slide, rock climbing wall, and trampoline.

As if this wasn't enough, located on a cul-de-sac with limited traffic it is only a hop skip and a jump to the entrance of Queen Elizabeth 2 park, after enjoying time down at the beach, clear the sand away in the outdoor hot shower.

This house is one street back from the beach and sea views can be enjoyed from two of the three floors. The third floor is truly magnificent. You won't be in any hurry to get out of bed.

Raumati South on the Kapiti Coast offers a relaxing atmosphere and lots of things to do. Whether it's swimming, fishing, long peaceful walks on the vast beach, gazing a sunsets, golf or something more adventurous like aerial flights around Kapiti or rafting some of the rivers - there's something for everybody. The Paraparaumu Beach Golf Club, enjoys a long held reputation as the premier links course in New Zealand. This world class course is only 5 minutes drive away. Tour nature’s Paradise by visiting Kapiti Island's internationally renowned New Zealand nature reserve and bird sanctuary.

Long weekends must be for a minimum of 3 nights.
Please note: two easy going cats lives at this property and stays here full time (cat food is left out)
