Diamond House at Pearl Beach is an impressive holiday home, sure to soothe and relax your senses as soon as you walk through the doors. Featuring spacious open plan living, seamlessly flowing to an entertainment deck overlooking the level yard, gardens, and inground pool with separate spa. This visually impressive home is beautifully landscaped and privately situated only a short walk to Pearl Beachfront, has louvred windows throughout to allow the sea breeze to flow throughout the house.

Upstairs you have the main bedroom with king bed, air con and built in robe and sun room with outdoor lounges. The second bedroom has 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed, air con and built in robe and balcony.
You will find the third bedroom downstairs with a queen bed, air con ceiling fan and built in robe.
The external cabin has air con, 2 single beds, and a separate room with queen bed and bathroom with toilet and shower over the bath.

We booked this property for 10 people, but the main house only accommodated 7, and the rest had to stay in the granny flat. Unfortunately, the granny flat was not satifiying, it had a strong unpleasant smell and there were quite a lot of insects and animals such as lizards, spiders, and even what looked like a scorpion. It made sleeping very uncomfortable.The footpath from main house to granny flat also danger and slipperySome of the rooms in the main house also had a noticeable smell.The pool was quite dirty when we arrived, with many leaves inside, and the whirlpool was not working properly — it was only warm and did not function as expected.Overall, the property did not meet our expectations, especially for the price we paid.
