Blair Holiday Apartment is only a 10 minute drive into the Wellington CBD, and is located in the northern suburb of Johnsonville. This newly built and well fitted out apartment has all of the modern needs and wants to ensure a comfortable home away from home.

The apartment has a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining table, large lounge with SKY TV, two bedrooms (sleeps 5) both with ensuites. North and south facing deck. WIFI, Quality linen, towels and kitchen/dining equipment provided.

Situated on a quiet side street only 1 minute walk from a supermarket, restaurants and a shopping centre you will have everything close at hand. The apartment is also within walking distance to trains and buses into Wellington Central.

Other close attractions - 10 mins drive to Petone, Hutt City, or Porirua, all with large shopping centres.

Beaches - Plimmerton 15 mins North, Oriental Parade, Wellington 15 mins. Kapiti Coast 30 mins.

Wellington Airport 30 mins away.

Apartment had everything we needed, well furnished, comfortable beds and a well equiped kitchen. It was a bit noisy at night time with the KFC driveway just below the apartment, but ear plugs certainly helped and it was not a big issue! Walking distance to coffee shops, supermarkets etc which was handy. We'd stay again.

This is our second stay and I cannot speak more highly of the host. She communicated quickly with us plus was flexible with check in times. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. We hope to come again.

Great suburban location

This location suited our needs perfectly for going into the city, north or Hutt Valley. Everything was provided to make the stay comfortable and easy. Great communication with owner. Would stay here again and have already recommended it to family and friends.

Wonderful time

Lovely place - very helpful owners when i couldnt get the tv working. Perfect place to get to train and motorway for our adventures in Wellington. Highly recommend.

Great stay

We stayed at this property when my son was competing at NZ nationals. It was close to everything we needed and a easy drive to the track. The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything that we needed. Comfortable beds and two ensuites! Great stay, highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay. Beautifully appointed property. Two improvements concerning heating - the radiators don’t cut the mustard - a floor mounted heat pump would be a welcome addition and an electric blanket on the bed in the south facing bedroom.We would recommend the property and would stay again

Perfect Jville Apartment
