Bring your family to our beautiful lake front home just a quick 45 minute drive from the Twin Cities and enjoy the quiet town of Waverly. Enjoy coffee in the morning and a quiet evening on the deck as you watch the sun rise and fall. Waverly Lake is a sand bottomed lake with great fishing. Our home is comfortable for families and allows you to quickly break away from the cities for some great lake relaxation.

Great place - we will definitely go back!

This place was perfect for our last minute holiday weekend with extended family! Julie was amazing to work with and answered all of my questions promptly. We didn't spend much time in the house itself except to sleep but our kids loved the bunk room sleepover with their cousins. The the kitchen was well stocked and they have a good supply of beach towels for use. We don't have babies anymore but I noticed they had a chair top high chair for use too. The property is great - a huge gradual sloped yard to the lake gave the kids plenty of room to run/roll/play. Fishing off the dock was a hit - all the kids caught sunnies within 10 minutes. The lake itself was a little weedy but we had fun pulling the Maui Mat out a little deeper and jumping off/swimming. The public beach just a little ways down was nice for sand play. All in all this was great long weekend for us and we will definitely be back.

Spacious and comfortable

Julie was great to work with and her house was great! We were unable to use most of the lake amenities, as we were here on a work trip but we were looking for somewhere more comfortable to stay in than a hotel, and mission accomplished! Thank you for sharing your house with us.

Leisure time at the lake

The central features of this property are the deck, yard and lake. Great place to unwind and spend time with family. Plenty of opportunity for kids to have fun with the lake toys provided by the owners.

Pleasant stay

We enjoyed our time here! The owners were accommodating to us bringing our boat! Kids fished off the dock and caught a ton of sun fish! We all say we’d come again!
