Beautiful home on the lake with private Pickle ball court, basketball court. 7 min from Annandale, 40 min from Twin Cities. Enjoy fishing, swimming. We love our home and expect you to take great care of it during your stay, just like you would treat your own home. This is a pet free home!!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If you moved any furniture please return it to the original position.
If you used any of the outside games please pack and return them back into the small garage where you found them
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No boats, trailers, jet skis, pontoons, RVs, ATVs, Snowmobiles allowed on the property, $500 penalty per restricted item brought per day.
Check out instructions: 1. dishes in the dishwasher 2. Dirty towels on laundry floor 3. Strip bedding and lines from all beds bring to laundry
No un-registered guests allowed during the day or at night. Max occupancy is 10 people at all times. $500 penalty for each extra guest per day.
