REMODELED! Mountain Lodge 325 Ski In/Out Condo, Steps to Ballhooter & Village.

If you want Ski In/Out close to the Village, then look no further! Park in the gated lot and not have to drive again until you leave. Walk out the rear of the building and you are at Ballhooter lift with access to numerous trails. Mountain Lodge 325 features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, has been beautifully remodeled, and is perfect for families.

We have remodeled ML325 to include new kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, butcher block island, bathroom vanities, wainscoting, built-in storage and plenty of hooks in the hall for ski gear. The primary bedroom features a Queen bed and Twin XL bed, en-suite full bathroom, and 43" Roku HDTV. The 2nd bedroom features a Queen bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa, chair, and 43" Roku HDTV. The kitchen is fully equipped for dining in with an 8 foot butcher block island that comfortably seats 6.

The kitchen was fully stocked and we enjoyed the coffee maker and Keurig. The close access to the slopes made transitioning from skiing and back to the condo easy. The village was great to eat out occasionally. Outstanding host!

This updated condo is in a great location. Being able to walk to the Village as well as ski out/ski in was awesome. Host was very responsive. The unit is tight, however Mountain Lodge has a huge newly remodeled lobby area with couches, tables, and chairs to hang out in. Our teens also made use of the gym, as well as the ping pong and billiard tables. We had a great weekend!

Mountain Lodge was convenient to the slopes, easy access to the village, dining, bars. Atmosphere was great. The feel of the intimate village was something out of an Austrian Alpine village. We love Snowshoe and recommend. Best east coast skiing I have experienced.

Great place to stay on the mountain.

Our unit in Mountain Lodge (325) met our expectations and needs. It’s fully stocked with everything needed for an enjoyable visit. Location to both the runs and the village was ideal. Onsite parking is a real plus. Our unit was clean and quiet. On small suggestion is to lubricate the bathroom hinges as they are squeaky.

Wonderful communication with the owner, perfect location within Snowshoe Village with east slope access. While Mountain Lodge itself is quite dated and dingy (though they are working on this!) this condo is well updated and appointed. Highly recommended.

Great ski getaway

Our family had a great stay here and enjoyed skiing for the weekend. This location is very convenient to the ski slopes, and it was extremely easy for me to communicate with the host. She sent lots of helpful information beforehand and responded quickly to my questions. The unit is nicely decorated with everything we needed in the kitchen. There was great storage with lots of hooks which was also very convenient. We were very comfortable and appreciated all the thoughtful touches.

Even though the weather did not provide the best skiing. The guys were able to enjoy a full day on the slopes. We loved easy walk to everything in the village. The kitchen had everything needed to food prep. Beds were comfortable. Great planning went into maximising space with shelves in the closet, shelves able the toilet, eating island with stools.

Condo was beautiful. Kitchen was stocked well. Very clean. Great location. Owner responsive and easy to reach. Only part we didn't like was the building itself- very run-down, not well-lit hallways and unclean. Also the indoor ice skating rink is the only rink I have seen without real ice.

Wonderful Stay!

My family of 4 (kids 3 and 5) had a great time at 325. The location to Ballhooter lift can't be beat, and the onsite parking is fabulous. There is a little arcade near the check-in desk, a synthetic ice rink, restaurant, and comedy club on site. Additionally, the check in for pre-ski school is literally in the building, which was amazing for pick up and drop off of the littles. The unit is remodeled and fits all of our needs. We ate most meals at the condo and the kitchen was well equipped for that. The beds are a bit on the softer side FWIW. Overall we had a great time and would love to rent this unit again next year. Thanks to the hosts.

Great Stay at Mountain Lodge

Just got back from our 5th annual skiing getaway and stayed in Mountain Lodge 325. It was perfect. This was our 4th time staying in Mountain Lodge and this unit was the best lodging we have had. This room has been renovated and is thoughtfully laid out. The long island in kitchen/dining area was perfect for meals and games, the bedroom with a double and single was nice and kept a kid off the sofa, the extra hooks in the hallway were nice for hanging our gear up after skiing. the keyless entry made coming and going for our family super easy and didn't have to worry about who had a key. The owners provided great information to us before, during and after our stay. ML325 is on our list for future stays.

Great Ski Vacation

The unit itself has been updated and was perfect for our family of four. Bathrooms and kitchen were both recently renovated and were nice. The living room was fine for four of us, but would be tight for too many more people. The ability to ski in/out from the building was awesome. It is also close to bars and restaurants in the Village. Note that the Mountain Lodge appears to be one of the first condo buildings developed at Snowshoe; guessing in the late 70s or early 80s. The building and common areas do show its age. This said, it was a fantastic location and the unit was great. We had a blast!

Glad you had a blast and our condo was perfect for your family. The Home Owners Association agrees that Mountain Lodge is showing its age. We are currently working in phases to renovate Mountain Lodge, and the exterior siding, windows, and sliding doors was completed this past summer. The next phase will be balconies and final phase will be the interior. We hope you stay with us again when the renovation is complete.

Great place - would definitely recommend!

We would highly recommend this property! We took our kids (son-17, daughter-15) skiing for the first time over the holidays and this condo worked great for us. We walked out to the Ballhooter lift, which gave us plenty options to start our skiing each day. It also made it super convenient when we wanted to come inside for a little bit. The condo has been updated and is also conveniently located in the village. We ate breakfast and lunch in the condo each day and then walked to dinner in the village. Suzanne, the owner, was very responsive and provided plenty of information. Her communication made it feel like she genuinely wanted us to have a wonderful time. We hope others are able to have as memorable of an experience as we did!

Mountain Lodge 325

Very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The couch was clean and comfortable. Lots of hooks and room for ski gear. It was a short walk to the back stairs and out to ballhooter lift. The Roku TV was a little hard to find channels (we were looking to watch regular TV for New Years but never found it —prob user error🤪). The internet was down for us for a while. But we were there to ski not watch tv or use internet so, no problem. The cleaning staff found my daughter’s forgotten air pods and brought them down to us when we came back to check. Everyone was very nice! The host was in communication and easy to reach. We really enjoyed it and would stay again.

We chose Mountain Lodge because it is ski/bike in/out and so close to the Village. We had been coming to Snowshoe for over 5 years before buying in 2019 and wanted a place to call home. A mountain place to build memories with our children and spend time as a family.
