Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher with detergent and turn on before leaving 2. Take all trash to the dumpster directly across from Summit Building D
3. Please return PARKING PASSES to hooks in mud room. (if applicable) Please contact me if you forget to return them.
4. Please put all used towels in the bathroom tub. All bedding can be left on the beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great home base for a great ski vacation! Close proximity to the slopes and fabulous eating made it easy to park the car and never move it. Nice area to store ski gear and cozy seating and beds for post skiing. Great vacation!!

Austin is one of the best communicators i have had from vrbo, The condo was clean had extra Amenities more so than most rentals. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely rent from again thank you for having us.

The condo was conveniently located and beautifully renovated. Austin the host was very responsive and helpful. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is we had heating issues (which were solved) and while it’s true you Can walk to the slopes it’s up a huge hill. We ended up driving and parking at the top of the world.

This condo was perfect for our annual ski trip with family and friends. Austin provided great communication before, during and after our stay and was always prompt with his replies. He sent lots of helpful information that saved us from having to look things up on our own. Everything was very clean I'm very enjoyable. The kitchen and living room space is really wonderful and the daily deer out back we're so much fun. We bought some bananas and apples from the nearby wildcat grocery and the deer walked right up to our balcony in the mornings for us to feed them. Shuttle service from Snowshoe was also available each morning in front of our building which was great.

So convenient!

Such a cute little place and just steps from the slopes! Plenty of room in common areas and nicely renovated. Definitely a great place to stay to ski and visit the shops!

Austin was a fantastic host - responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. The videos of the property were super helpful and accurately reflected the space. Our group absolutely loved this unit - it was perfect for our weekend getaway to the 4848 Festival. By far, this has been our favorite place to stay at Snowshoe. Highly recommend!

Excellent Stay during Memorial Day!

We had an awesome stay at this place for Memorial Day. Austin was excellent - he was prompt with his responses and very flexible. The check-in process was flawless, and the property was as described in the listing. We were a party of 5 and there was plenty of room for all of us. There were steps that led up to the village or could take the free shuttle. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect place to stay!

We loved staying at Austin’s condo! It was clean and cozy just as displayed on the vrbo app. Austin was quick to answer any questions or issues and you have everything you would need in the condo. The beds were very comfortable and it was a quick walk to the village, even with a 3 and 7 year old! We would definitely stay here again! Also we fed the deer multiple times and the kids were overjoyed!

Overall great stay. Host was very responsive and provided great lists of activities pre arrival. Short walk to the slopes which was huge since we skied every day and had littles joining us!

My stay could not have been better! The condo was exactly as described. Perfect location. Very comfortable layout. And Austin (the host) was so kind and welcoming. He made sure that we were comfortable and had everything that we needed. I’m would definitely stay here again!
