Tiri Heights is a beautifully presented 2 bedroom holiday home with wonderful sea views centrally located within walking distance to the main village of Oneroa and white sands of Oneroa beach.
The Space:
We love the comfortable and stylish interior of this freshly furnished light and bright bach! The lounge, kitchen and dining area is open plan with large bi-fold doors opening the home to the spacious deck, outdoor seating / BBQ area and big sea views.
The close proximity to the village and ferry, white sand beaches, Mudbrick and Cable Bay vineyards make this property a perfect accommodation choice for Waiheke Island. If you are after a relaxing summer holiday by the sea, attending a wedding or event on the island or looking for a convenient winter escape from the city with friends, Tiri Heights is it.
Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - queen bed, Bedroom 2 - queen bed
Please note: A $200 exit cleaning fee applies to all bookings and a compulsory linen fee of $25 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay. Minimum stays: 7 nights between mid December and mid January, 3 nights remainder of January and holiday weekends, 2 nights other times.
Please note: The property is not suitable for children under 8 years old. No pets allowed.
Bookings accepted on request.

Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. Regular bus services operate around the island.

Our team is available 7 days a week 8:30 am to 5pm for guests and for emergencies after hours.
