*Being so close to the CBD you can easily walk to local attractions like Marine Parade which has cafes, Napier Aquarium, bike park, playgrounds and thermal pools.

*CBD hosts a good variety of shops, cafes and restaurants.

*Napier Airport is a 10 minute drive

*Havelock north is a 20 min (approx.) drive to beautiful cafes, wineries, Tamata Peak and children's railway.

*Hastings also hosts the well known Splash Planet (water park).

Plenty to do and see!

As this is our family home it has all the things you would need for your stay. If you have kids there are plenty of toys to play with, sports equipment for outside, tramp, board games and a wee playhouse.

NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);

Very happy with our stay

We had a wonderfully quiet and restful week here in January. The house was clean, comfortable and easy living in a quiet street but handy for central Napier. Hosts were lovely and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

Fabulous stay

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect place for our 2 families and the cousins to play together. A lovely backyard with beautiful fruit trees and plenty of books for them to read and enjoy. Thank you!

Fabulous family holiday

Thanks for a great stay Nicky! Our families loved your house, from the beautiful backyard with trampoline and treehouse for kids to play to the clean and tidy house with well equipped kitchen, we all had a neat time. The location was excellent and we enjoyed walking down to the waterfront, parks and local cafe. We would love to stay again! Thanks for having us

Great location, close enough to the CBD and sea front to walk - close enough to the main roads to get everywhere quickly and easily. Large flat lawn for the children to play on, great deck, good social space. Quiet neighbourhood. Highly recommended.
