NEW GATES INSTALLED FOR BETTER SECURITY AND SAFETY
Instructions to access keys will be sent to you prior to your arrival . From the moment you arrive we will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay.
This property is located in a nice respectable quiet street in Greenmeadows. Nearby and walking distance to the well know and popular Mission (N.Z's oldest winery) and Church Rd wineries as well as 2 large parks - Anderson park and Park Island.- where many sporting events are held year round. Children are welcome and a reserve across the road has a playground to entertain them .
We are a dog friendly property having an enclosed yard for them.
There are numerous popular cycle ways also nearby to access.
Only 3.9 km from Napier city center
2.2 km to Taradale shopping centre
Bus stops are at the end of the street which take you into town.
2 supermarkets are also near by.
Information and brochures on local attractions will be provided.

"Lovely people to deal with, made sure we had enough wood to keep ourselves warm for the week. Wine and chocolates were left in the fridge for us to share which we loved after a long drive! Sit down in front of a warm fire with a glass of wine and chocolate and no to forget a bowl of fruit picked from their own tree in the back yard! They made organizing a straight smooth road with no complications at all. Had someone cancel from our trip and they happily reimbursed us for that person. Loved it! "

Summer Break

The property was a perfect retreat for relaxation and comfort. Its location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions, yet it feels peaceful and private. The outdoor area was huge with lots of area for the kids to play, and perfect for unwinding. Overall, a wonderful place for a getaway!

Great house in fabulous location

This property is perfectly located for anyone going to a Mission concert. Well presented, clean and little extras like a welcome bottle of wine and chocolates made this a wonderful weekend away.

Fabulous location for a concert at Mission Estate

We were a group of 3 couples the house was perfect for us - 3 good size rooms. Great location to walk to Mission Estate for a concert.

Great place close to the Mission winery

Located close (i.e. walking distance) to the Mission / Church Road wineries. Nice house - living room, 3 double bedroom, relatively new kitchen / laundry / bathroom. Was a great base for our family to explore the Hawkes Bay region. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks

Just like home

Great place, spacious, clean and quiet neighborhood. Was exactly what we needed to unwind. Felt relaxed and at home immediately. Huge bonus being able to have our dog with us, lots of space for her to run around and local parks/walks .

Nice and cozy stay close to everything

A nice and clean house with a big backyard and outdoor area (just wish for a slightly taller fence to keep the dog in). Short drive away from everything and has a park nearby to walk your furbabies. Could get a bit hot in summer so a fan or AC would be lovely for the bedrooms. Very responsive and welcoming host. Will definitely keep it in mind for our future stays. Thanks!

Cosy home - perfect with pets and comfy beds.

We were in Hawkes Bay for a cricket tournament but the weather had other ideas. We made the most of it and enjoyed the fire and movies and games in the house. Owners are clearly music fans - and have lots of great books and concert memorabilia to look at including Springsteen things - which was perfect for me!! Would 100% recommend for any Mission Estate events. Walking distance and house easily sleeps 3 couples.

The property was well appointed, clean, modern and well located

Very easy to book, hosts were very responsive with questions. Incredibly accommodating to our increase of occupants from our original booking. The privilege of having our dog allowed to stay with us was a super bonus and a personal greeting message and an enjoyable bottle of wine and chocolates, complimentary from our hosts was the icing on the cake

Great location for our family

Great location, perfect spot for exploring Hawkes Bay. Attention to detail by owner with lovely bottle of wine, milk, snacks and fruit for us to enjoy. Lovely fire place for the colder days. Owner friendly and prompt with replies. Lovely back yard and two options of outdoor seating . Close to supermarket and park/playground options.

Awesome Lil getaway

Highly recommend. Convenient location close to everything you need. House was fully equipped to our family needs. Stayed during winter and fire was cozy and was set up all ready to go with lots wood. Nice, tidy home

Lovely, clean house with everything we needed. Would’ve been nice to have a Smart TV or Chromecast so we could watch movies etc. the weather was terrible all weekend so we couldn’t do much else. Only fenced for a tiny dog. We couldn’t leave my sisters dog at the property as he would’ve easily cleared the fences by the garage.
