Aims games - happy to discuss additional guests if you wish to bring your own mattresses

- Three minute drive (or 15 - 20 minute walk) to Omanu Beach & cafes
- Bayfair - Two minute drive (or 7 - 10 minute walk)
- New World and RSA close - 5 min drive
- Downtown Mount - 10 min drive
- Close to the Bridge to Tauranga and its restaurants etc

A generous deck extends from the dining room and provides great privacy and a delightful outlook to the gardens for enjoying an al fresco lifestyle over the summertime with all your family and friends.
