This really is a charming cottage. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and the deck in back. We especially liked the cozy sun filled sitting room. Everything we needed was supplied, from spices in the kitchen pantry to ample fluffy towels in the bathroom.

Cozy Stay in Dunedin

We spent a week in Dunedin for a university conference and had a lovely time at the property. The house was cozy, well-appointed, and convenient for public transit (on the 8 bus). Would definitely stay again.

A perfect stay!

Staying here was like a home away from home. We appreciated the thoughtful touches such as fresh flowers and milk and tips for local cafes. Coming home to a fire after a day of sightseeing was wonderful. This place was beautiful in autumn. Would love to stay here again!

The house is wonderful, spacious, clean, comfortable. The garden is amazing and the house has old world charm with relaxing antique furnishings and wooden floors. The kitchen has a great stove and everything you need to cook at home. The wood fireplace is perfect for cold evenings, and the patio in back is private and excellent for relaxing outdoors. The beds are super comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet. Overall, an excellent place to stay!
