Lagoon view condo

The condo was as advertised; perfectly set-up and situated for our visit to Puerto Rico. Centrally located, in a safe neighborhood, with ease of access to various points of interest. Great view of the Condado lagoon. Owner readily accessible if needed.

BEST LOCATION & BEST HOST!!!

We absolutely loved our stay in Rebecca's condo, she was quick to respond with any questions we had. Waking up to the view over the lagoon was AMAZING. I especially loved that each room had its own AC unit. The home is cozy and was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults/3 kids). LOCATION is perfect and near all the best resorts and food. We are already planning our return and Will stay in her home again! THanks Rebecca :)

Great place!!

We had a great time. The apartment is clean, beautiful view and very clean. Great location walking distance to entertainment and Restaurants. Kayaking and paddle boarding on the lagoon was fun. My husband and I with our young adult children loved it. We will return. The host Rebecca was very responsive. Extremely easy check in. Thank you Rebecca for the comfortable and beautiful apartment.

August 2023 Vacation

My family and I really enjoyed the place. The place, bedding, and towels were all clean and fresh when we arrived. Everything was just as it was advertised. If there was a complaint, it would be the parking. It was a little tight but there was always a spot to park. The owner did check in on us a couple of times but we had no issues. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful apt for families!

The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities you could ask for including a large kitchen and awesome washer and dryer. The location on Ave Ashford was perfect with easy access into and out of Condado. The view from the apt was spectacular especially at night. Rebecca responded quickly to our questions and was easy to communicate with. This is a great choice for families! The parking is a bit tricky since it is tight but speak with the parking attendant and he will let you know where to park. You always have a place to park while you are staying at the apt. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again for our future visits to Puerto Rico!

Family vacation

The Property was just as advertised. We had 5 people in our party. Two adults and 3 Teen girls. We all had enough space to spread out. The beds were comfortable and the pull out couch as well. Our location was perfect for us as we had planned many day trips around the island. The beach access right just a few steps away. Not a great area to swim in the ocean as there is heavy currents but we put our toes in the sand. We spent one day in Isla Verde beach and enjoyed the sand. Rebecca was easy to communicate with and answer any questions I had in a timely manner.

Perfect location, clean, accurate description

Our stay was great! Rebecca answered any questions we had promptly and her place was within walking distance to 3 beaches and then others there were a little further of a walk. The 3 of us were able to all use the wifi and work, including at two of us at a time taking 30 minute to an hour long video calls. Kitchenware was relatively stocked and the AC units worked great to cool us down quickly. She also has beach chairs and an umbrella that were VERY handy to use. We also rented a car while we were there and we could always find parking, although it was tight at times. The location also is an easy walk to lots of restaurants and bars. Also, the clean-up instructions were not insane, so that was a huge plus! The only thing that might have been a very slight issue was some of the noise late at night on the main strip came in through the twin bedroom a fair amount. The room's AC unit helped muffle some of it. That being said, we were still able to sleep through the night pretty easily. Thanks again, Rebecca, for the wonderful stay!

Great location and comfortable stay with kids

Three apartment was clean and spacious for two adults and three children. It's close to all kinds of restaurants. The view of the bay was great. The owner Rebecca was very kind and responsive. The near by beach isn't great for swimming, especially with small kids, and there are danger signs all over sure to the fast and high waves. But 5 minutes drive away they're is "Balneario del Escambrón" beach. It's great for swimming and snorkeling because the beach is surrounded by rock formation and there are beautiful fish that live in addition to different kinds of crab by the beach rocks. We had a ton of fun snorkelinging and the water was always warm and relatively calm. The apartment parking is a challenge to park in tight spaces but we always had a spot. The washer and dryer inn the apartment is loud so make sure to run it during the day, but it's super helpful.

Feels like home ♥️

This property was beautiful. Everything was clean (even the top blankets!) The a/c was cool and comfortable. This apartment felt so safe. The windows with the view of the water were beautiful! One of the days our plans got canceled because it rained most of the day so we enjoyed the enclosed balcony with the windows open instead. We walked to a different restaurant every night. Condado beach was just a few minutes walk away to watch the waves come in. The location is very convenient. Onsite parking was also a nice thing to have. I would recommend leaving a few minutes earlier than normal incase you get blocked in with valet. It takes only a few minutes for them to move cars around. The apartment had some beach chairs on the balcony and sand friendly beach towels. It was everything we could've wanted. Absolutely recommend this place and I'd love to stay here again if we come back.

Great property, even better host!

The property was wonderful. Plenty of space for my group of 6. Modern and updated. Kitchen was big and clean. Lots of full length mirrors in the property which is always helpful with a large group of girls! Lots of extra blankets. Air conditioning worked great and could be controlled with remotes. Great view of the water and the sunset from our balcony.Location was very convenient - on the same road as all of the expensive hotels of Condado beach. Could walk to get food, coffee, beach access. Felt like I was staying in a hotel without the pool/resort amenities which was perfect for my group. Felt very safe with the code required to get into the lobby.I was blown away by the attentiveness of our host! There was a small issue with the clothes dryer and Rebecca worked diligently to send in a trusted electrician that same day. She even reimbursed us for some of our stay due to this inconvenience. This was so generous of her and not necessary at all - we were just happy to have the dryer fixed so quickly. Rebecca was kind and accommodating and responded to my messages very quickly.
