Great setup in a private cottage area inside Reynolds (One of the best prices inside the gates). Easy walk to the docks, large backyard with a gazebo. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and easily sleeps 4-5. Huge screened in porch with fans to enjoy some outside seating.

Our family absolutely loved the property. It was spacious enough to accommodate our needs. We loved the proximity to the lake as well as the local Publix and restaurants. We would most definitely rent again. Thank you so much.

Property was very nice. Kitchen was well stocked and amenities were overall very clean. We spent most of our time yapping and playing games on the screened porch. Our only gripe was that this is not a water front house like we thought from the listing, and public swimming is a small beach about 5 min walk down which we had a hard time finding (near the pavilion).

Family reunion stay

Property was great and provided a great venue for family reunion. Close to Marina for fishing and boat rides and everyone was able to stay around Village Loop so everyone was close while also having their own place. Place was clean and comfortable

Family reunion

Visited my wife’s family who live on Lake Oconee. We enjoyed water fun filled days at their home and large multi generational dinners and socializing at the cozy cottage. Perfect!

Desiree were the perfect host, she respnded withh great help with us getting in . The home very large and clean. The only thing we thought the lake was in back yard but its across the street. Fishing was great.

Reynolds stunner

We were in town to celebrate our UGA graduate and attend graduation in Athens. This home and location was perfect for our family and two grandparents. We really enjoyed our stay, Publix is close by and the home was well stocked to make meals at home. We loved our trip! Thank you for sharing your home with us

Cute 2 story cottage that is across the street from the lake. We had lots of pollen on the screen in porch, which was problematic. Otherwise it fits 10 comfortably.
