Imagine waking up to 180 degree lakefront/waterfront views from virtually every room in this cottage!

This updated and newly renovated lakefront cottage sits directly on the water and has everything you need to enjoy yourselves and make memories at the Lake. This cottage has 4 full bedrooms and a bonus room and 3 full bathrooms and a half bathroom.

The home is a 5 minute walk along the lakeside sidewalk in the rear of the home to Linger Longer Marina where you can rent boats and jestkis. If you own your own boat, you can drop your boat in at the same marina and dock your boat on the assigned dock at the property, or you can use the dock to fish, swim or enjoy a nice cocktail and watch the sunset with your guests.

Reynolds offers multiple clubhouses, watersports, golf and world reknowned living. This is one property and experience that you will be sure to enjoy and create memories that last a lifetime!

The primary bedroom sits on the main level and has double sliders that open to a screened porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee on the lake. The primary bathroom boasts a frameless glass shower and roman soaking tub as well as double vanities and private toilet area, as well as a walk in closet.

The newly renovated kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and everything needed to cook and entertain guests and/or family members for all meals. The dining table sits 8 comfortably, and there is additonal seating at the kitchen countertop/bar area.

The screened in porch is sure to be a favorite lounge and collection area where your entire party can comfortably gather and socialize outside while taking in the breathtaking views of 180 degrees of lakefront real estate and all that Lake Oconee has to offer.

Property was as advertised. The check in process was efficient and smooth while the location within the property with centrally located and the lake side views never got old. The property and its area is extremely peaceful. There was plenty of space within to enjoy and relax. Also having access to a walking path right outside the back door that wraps around the lake was enjoyed many times over. Also being able to have access to walking paths throughout the entire neighborhood provides a nice relaxing environment.The property comes with plenty of essentials for cooking as well as offering some games for families to enjoy.In general, the property was very clean. However, there were some areas that you could tell hadn’t been dusted in some time. This is a very very minor complaint, but still something that was noticed.I would highly recommend this property and would have zero issue staying here again.

The host was very accommodating and quick to answer my messages. The house was great! It had more than enough room to spread out for me and my grandkids, now 17,16, and14. The boys enjoyed the dock for fishing. There is a walkway directly accessible at the shoreline- it was a beautiful place to walk with my granddaughter. The location is a short drive to the Ritz for ice skating. Another fun Christmas trip!

Awesome property! Recently updated. Pretty much had anything you needed in kitchen with exception of mixer. Comfortable spaces. Would bring baby gate for stairs which were also a little steep to be aware of with kids. Host was very responsive to minor issue with door. Ritz had great activities for families with tree lighting, Santa, ice skating, and nice playground. Would recommend this place for either family with kids or adult friends.
