Quiet, Comfortable, Relaxing

My family (with two young boys) stayed nearly a week at this property. It is a very convenient location on the island, very quiet, comfortable, welcoming. We had everything we needed. The proximity to the restaurant, pool, and beach was great. The property manager, Carolina, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. My kids are already asking if we can go back.

You pay for the view. It could use small updates here and there and a little more detail to cleaning. But we enjoyed our stay. When I had a question I was answered and the issue was taken care of within reasonable time. We would stay there again. I would have liked a welcome letter before arrival with more details the VRBO website doesn’t have. We stayed for 2 weeks and there was 6 of us.

Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful review. We’re really happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay, especially the view, and that our team was able to respond to your questions and take care of things in a timely manner. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the cleaning details and small updates — this is very valuable to us and we’ll be working on improving these aspects to make future stays even better. Thank you as well for the suggestion about a welcome letter. That’s a great idea, especially for longer stays, and we will definitely look into providing more detailed information prior to arrival to enhance our guests’ experience. It was a pleasure hosting you and your group, and we would be very happy to welcome you back anytime.

Palmetto Bay

Safe- Security to get into the bay, security around the villa, secuirty on the beach. It was pleasant and felt very secure!Clean- Everything was super clean, clean water was avaliable and so was ice which was very nice.Secluded- Palmetto Bay has easy roads to get to this location. The beach is right in the back yard. Theres a beach bar/ restaurant next door with a pool but they have quiet hours at 10pm.Beach- The beach had shallow spots to swim and its right in the back. Theres a doc for deep swimming. Theres so much room and lots of chairs. I liked how many people were here, it wasnt crowded ever. Amenities- This place has almost everything execpt spices and sauces. We planned on cooking a lot of our meals and there was no salt. But they had shampoo and conditioner. Towels for swimming and bathing! Overall, we felt safe and it was very relaxing!
