PORNIC : Family house with garden, close to the seaside and the castle

Perfectly located near the seaside and Pornic historic city center, our family house has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Enjoy a spacious outdoor area with a large corner terrace and a garden.

When you arrive: Beds are made, bath towels and basic essentials for the start of your vacation are provided.

The house is located just a 5-minute walk to the seaside, coastal trails, the castle, and Pornic's charming town center with shops and restaurants.

Each bedroom has its own private shower room with a double sink, shower, towel warmer, and hairdryer.

Ground floor:
- Spacious corner terrace with a parasol, BBQ, outdoor furniture, and sun loungers.
- Bright and airy living/dining area: flat-screen TV, stereo system, books, and games.
- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: ceramic stovetop, traditional oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, fryer, coffee machines, toaster, and all the utensils you’ll need.
- Enclosed 500m² garden with a sandbox for kids, a swing bench, table tennis, and plenty of sun loungers to relax.
- Ground-floor bedroom with a 140cm bed and en-suite bathroom.
- Entrance hall, separate WC, and laundry room with a washing machine, sink, and drying rack.

Upstairs:
- 2 large bedrooms, each with a 160cm bed and private en-suite bathroom; separate WC.
- 2 extra kids’ mattresses and a travel cot available.

Activities nearby: coastal trail walking, boating, kayaking, golf, cycling, and more! A practical guide is available in the house with all the info you’ll need to enjoy your stay.

Additional amenities: TV, Wi-Fi internet.

Important details:
- The house must be kept tidy during your stay. If cleaning isn’t done upon departure, we’ll arrange for professional cleaning, and the cost will be deducted from your deposit.
- Security deposit: €800.
- Summer holidays: Minimum rental of one week.
- Check-in: 4 PM (unless agreed otherwise).
- Check-out: 11 AM (unless agreed otherwise).
- No parties allowed; please be respectful of the neighborhood.
