Welcome to our family home which benefits from a very large garden not overlooked and a petanque court. Located a stone's throw from the historic centre of Pornic and the sea, it offers a calm and relaxing environment that will allow you to rest between two walks, bike or car rides to discover the many tourist, sporting or cultural activities that this region offers.

The host will welcome you on arrival for the handover of the keys and will ensure the quality of your stay on departure.

ATTENTION: Minimum 3-night rental all year round. A discount is applied for stays of one week.

PLEASE NOTE: pillows (without pillowcases), mattress pads, duvets, bedspreads and blankets are available free of charge at all times.

Sheets and pillowcases, towels (towels, gloves, bath mats) and household linen (tea towels) are not included in the booking but can be rented on request after confirmation of the booking. In this case, the beds are made on arrival.

Ideal location close to everything: old Pornic and Château, coastal path that leads to the beach of Noëveillard and the Marina in 15/20 minutes, SNCF train station 12 minutes walk, Golf (GOLFY network) 1km, Thalasso/Spa in sea water 2 km. Many activities in the vicinity towards Noirmoutier, Préfailles, Saint Michel Chef Chef, Tharon Plage, Saint Brévin les Pins, Saint Nazaire, La Baule or the Puy du Fou (Vendée 1h/30 drive).

On foot: 2 bakeries 5 minutes away. Supermarket 5 minutes away open 7 days a week (Sundays until 1 pm). Les Halles market on Thursday and Sunday mornings 4 minutes away, Faïencerie de Pornic 3 minutes away, La Fraiseraie and its delicious ice creams and jams 7 minutes away, the old port, its shops and restaurants 7 minutes away.

Outside: very large enclosed garden not overlooked, south-facing terrace with table/chairs for 6 people, deckchairs and cantilever parasol (from spring to All Saints' Day), petanque court (bowls provided). Parking for 3 cars in the property, 1 of which is under a carport.

Access to the entire accommodation and garden.

Maximum reception 6 people (no additional travellers will be accepted).

Arrivals from 4 pm to 7 pm, departures before 11 am.

Pets not allowed, no parties or animated evenings out of respect for the neighbors.
