Beautiful place with big pool

Very nice place in a gated community with big garden and pool. Modern style, well equipped kitchen, spacy parking area. Cleaning service on demand/own costs. Only watch out: mosquitos in the late afternoon/ evening - but not unusual for the Cote d'Azur.

Very nice place

The place is as you see it. Around 2500 garden, pool of around 7 by 14 ( I never had anything bigger). Beds are good. Location is great: 1km from the highway and still calm and 100% privacy. Sea in 5 minutes drive. Easy to reach sightseeing places nearby thanks to vicinity of the highway. Big hypermarket 2 minutes away. In all that senses: ideal and worth the money. We had one small issue and i have 3 points of improvement. After initial issues and a visiting repairman the Airton on the first floor also worked great. Small oddities: two important doors to hall giving access to 3 bedrooms on lowest floor and to bedroom on first floor) refitted with the cheapest possible doorhandles not fitting even the fram and doorhandle on first floor falling of. No way to close the bath and have bath on first floor. Cooking device of old fashion electrical cooking which hardly allows to heat a pan of water. A new induction device would be more appropriate for this level of property.
