Definitely a family friendly house, lots to do nearby and games at the house. Ping pong was really great, thats why we booked this house. Beach by day ping pong by night. However, there is no access to the basement where the game room is,through the house. Plus the game room is not climate controlled. Also the stairs to get in the house are needing some additional support. Again there were only a few drawbacks but overall a nice place, had fun plus the carpet was brand new and the showers were nice and powerful!
