Wonderful experience from beginning to end, the owner and property management were accommodating, very helpful and friendly! Wonderful place to stay! The cottage is beautiful and well equipped for anything you want to do—bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, even a kayak. Plenty of room for four adults and a 11-year-old. Central location made it easy to get everywhere. Cannot recommend highly enough.

This is a nice beach house located near the beach, dining, and shops. It is equipped with everything you would need for a beach vacation. We love the Bahama Beach Cottages and would definitely stay here again!

Our family had a great week at this cozy rental property. Loved the neighborhood. It is very easy to get to Bethany town and surrounding beaches. Also, enjoyed exploring the neighborhoods on the provided bikes. The house was spotless and the rooms very spacious. Would definitely return!

Bahamas Beach Cottages is a small, quiet, and attractive neighborhood about 2 miles outside Bethany. This cottage met all our expectations and was a very good value and fit for our family beach vacation (5 adults). Very clean. Starter supplies and linens were a nice touch. Bedrooms are spacious. Kitchen worked well for cooking and eating in. We enjoyed the picnic table outside for a crab feast. Pictures of the house are accurate. When other familymembers came over to visit, we could seat 12. Very pleasant. Screened porch was nice to have. Communications with Michael and Patti were clear and prompt. A matter that came up at the end of our week was addressed. We recommend this cottage for a relaxing, low-key family beach stay. Thank you for hosting us.

Wonderful Cottage

The house is wonderful. It was spotlessly clean and full furnished for a beach holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped and convenient for eat-in meals. We highly recommend it. Patti, the property manager was quickly responsive to every communication. A special commendation to her. Tips for complete enjoyment: 1. Like most Bethany Beach rentals, this one is too far from the beach to walk, so make your own plans for beach parking. 2. Two TVs and Wi-Fi are provided, but no cable service and no included streaming services. Be prepared to sign in to your favorites with your own account info.

"the house is so cute!"

Quote in the title is the text my daughter-in-law sent when they arrived before us. House is a charming beach style house in a small, quiet colorful community. Very well appointed w/ everything needed for cooking, laundry, etc. Beds were very comfortable, spacious layout, lots of room for 4 adults and 1 child. Beaches are public and easy enough to access; later afternoon quieter for parking and less crowds on the beach. There are several bicycles and a canoe on the property. We brought our own bikes so never used, but had not seen in the house listing. Rarely go to the same rental twice, just for variety. But would definitely consider returning to this vacation rental. It was a great vacation week for our family.
