This property is 5 star all the way. It is incredibly peaceful and exceeded our expectations on all fronts. The home is beautifully built and decorated, well maintained, spotless, and provides an abundance of amenities. The large windows and louvered glass doors bring the outside in offering forest views in every direction. The location is a quick and easy ride to and from the airport and popular attractions. The host was quick to respond, super nice, and easy to communicate with. She made check-in and check-out a breeze.

We had one top requirement we were looking for in our next place to stay in the Black Hills, which we have visited several times. We wanted something with a WOW factor! This place did not let us down rather it exceeded our high expectations! The view was absolutely breathtaking. We drove around the Hills all day long and came back each day, sat on the deck and realized nothing we had seen anywhere, was any better than the view right out every window, on the deck, or even from the master bedroom!! Each minute brought a new view: from the drizzle, low hanging clouds, fog, moon, sun peeking down the valley, phenomal sun rises, the Badlands peaking over the horizon to the east, Big Horn Sheep, deer, turkeys, buzzards, eagles, and just....wow. I cant say enough good things about this property, about Jessica's communication, and about our stay! This checked every box and was a perfect match to what we had hoped! We did not want to leave!There is no question we will stay here again soon! This is 100% a top notch VRBO option and Jessica is a top notch property manager! Thank You, see you next time!

Our family traveled to Rapid City for the first time for a baseball tournament in June. We were very excited to see a new city and the pictures of this home's location hooked us immediately. We were blown away by the beauty of the area as soon as we pulled up. The house is quiet and secluded, with spectacular canyon views from the decks. It is very clean and comfortable. They have thought of everything you would need when traveling. The kitchen is well appointed, there are spare toothbrushes in the bathroom in case you forgot one, and there are plenty of fun games/activities to entertain everyone. After seeing the big horn pictures, we were hoping to get a visit, which we did on our third night. They were outside the front windows and were so beautiful and majestic. We felt fortunate that they decided to pay us a visit. Overall, we would recommend this location 100% and would stay here again if we had an opportunity to return to Rapid City.

We loved the location of this amazing property! It was easy to take day trips for rock climbing, hiking and day trips. This home was immaculate and the host have thought of everything in regards to amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cook/bakeware....we never ate out!! This house is STUNNING. The views are breathtaking and it is well laid out, perfect for our family of 6. The house is so well stocked, the best I’ve seen from a VRBO. We spent every morning and evening sitting on the back deck enjoying the gorgeous views. The next time we come back to South Dakota we will be staying here, there is no other place that could hold a candle to it!
